We carefully renovated a traditional house built 40 years ago, keeping the old beams and windows, and created a space where you can relax with your family and friends.Outside the window is a traditional Japanese landscape of rice fields and mountains.You can enjoy the scenery that changes with the seasons from the living room and sunroom. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 guests.We also provide a baby chair, baby bath, baby futon, toys, etc. so that families with small children can have a comfortable stay. You can rent the entire second floor of a newly built house in Nankoku-shi, which is located next to Kochi-shi. It is a duplex, and you can go directly to the second floor through a private door. It is a spacious 2LDK, 25 tsubo (80 square meters) room with carefully designed interior and lighting. There is a distance from the neighboring houses, and the view of the rice fields spreads out from the window, so you can spend a quiet and relaxing time. A Healing ceramic water purifier is installed at the water source. All the water that comes out of the faucet (including the bath) is delicious water that has passed through the water purifier and can be drunk as it is. 15 minutes by car from Kochi Airport. It is a very convenient location, 12 minutes from the expressway entrance, Nankoku IC, and 5 minutes from Nankoku Minami IC. It's not far, about 15 minutes, to downtown Kochi. It has good access to both the east and west of Kochi Prefecture and is a great place to use as a base for sightseeing trips.
