By car, you can reach the trendy districts of Ehrenfeld / Beglisches Viertel in 12 minutes. On average, you need about 15 minutes. The house is connected to the bus network. The Longerich S-Bahn station is 10 minutes away. There's a bakery and an Edeka within walking distance. For children, there are some playgrounds as well as extensive fields!

The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the holiday park Porte Isola, and in the nearby area, you can enjoy hiking and biking. And of course a paradise for water sports enthusiasts with a boat rental in the park.

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.
