In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate WC. Large terrace with lounge area and barbecue.

Please note that the accommodation lacks high voltage electricity and a shower, but is located by a spring lake with clean and fresh water that is well-suited for washing and hygiene. The cottage is only powered by 12-volt electricity for simpler lighting, which means limited electrical capacity. However, it is possible to charge mobile phones via sockets. In the area there are walking paths in lovely nature and Öregrunds golf course with access to padel court. The property is a stand-alone house with its own parking, entrance and patio. There is a large kitchen with dining area, bedroom, living room with sofa bed as well as toilet/shower on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a living room and a bedroom.
