Eli’s place was perfect for our 7 day stay in Tel Aviv. The whole place was perfectly clean, and we are fussy! They were very responsive when we struggled a bit with the air con, probably our fault, and sent someone to sort it. It’s situated in the quiet part of the famous Dizengoff Street, but loads of coffee shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a supermarket opposite. The bedroom is a mamad (safe room), which is comforting. Plenty of crockery and an indispensable Nespresso machine. A great place to hang out or simply use as a base. Would definitely go back there when we next visit Tel Aviv.

Wow. We moved to this Airbnb last minute after booking a terrible place. I was so grateful for the quick response and helpful communication that allowed me to book and check in on a super short turnaround. We arrived to the apartment and it was perfect - clean, nice linens, everything as expected. The building itself is gorgeous, super central to amazing restaurants and the heart of Tel Aviv - and even while you’re right on top of Nachlat Binyamin - the bedrooms are very quiet so my toddler was able to sleep great! We will absolutely be booking this place on a future visit - it was perfect for our stay.

Отличная квартира, чисто, уютно, удобное заселение и выезд. В квартире есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи. Квартира расположена в непосредственной близости от пляжа. Идти небыстрым шагом 5 -7 минут. Рядом расположены магазины, кофейни, рестораны. В целом очень удачная квартира, которую я рекомендую. Есть небольшие минусы, не связанные с квартирой. Каждое утро в 6 утра приезжает мусорная машина. От грохота контейнеров я просыпался и потом уже не мог уснуть. Есть проблема с внешним блоком кондиционера соседа сверху. Если блок включен, вы точно спасть не сможете, потому что он неисправен и стучит. Обычно это происходило днём, потому что из-за неисправности блока на ночь они его не включали. В целом квартиру рекомендую, если спать в берушах

A cozy apartment with an unbeatable location: a panoramic view to the Mediterranean with a beautiful beach literally across the street and many restaurants and shopping centers close by. Roni and Shimon were friendly and very responsive.

Ora's place is a very nice option for staying in Jerusalem. The view is fantastic, and of course the centeral location, with public transportation all across the city. The place is compact, but very well equipped, and also clean. And above all Ora is very attentive, and responds possitively and quickly to any question. I enjoyed my staying very much.

This apartment is awesome! Clean, big and very beautiful. Jonathan is super nice, instructions for everything were so detailed!! The only case is that if you like to sleep with opened windows, it would be very loud. We had ear plugs, so it’s not a big issue for us. Thank you so much for your super accommodation!!!

Free parking, a beautiful building with cozy couches in the lobby, and a gentle waterfall outside added to the charm. A nearby bus stop made getting around easy. This apartment is honestly underpriced for the comfort and convenience it offers. Quiet, spacious, and perfectly located, it’s a hidden gem in Jerusalem. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. דירת דופלקס רחבה ומושקעת. נקיה ומסודרת להפליא. חצר פסטורלי עם צמחיה, פינת אוכל ונדנדה נוחה לחוית רוגע מקסימלית. הרגשנו כמו בבית מלון יוקרתי. אזור שקט עם מבחר בתי כנסת והרבה גינות לילדים. כל כך נהנינו שהילדים מנסים לשכנע לעבור לבית שמש!

The caretakers went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed- especially at the last minute when we arrived. Beautiful view!

We were very happy with our stay at the two apartments we booked. Before we arrived, we received very detailed information about check in, the parking, and everything we needed to know about the apartment. The place was clean and the beds and couch were very comfortable. The apartment is located less than 10 minutes away from Ben Yehuda and the Shuk, and very close to buses and the train. The free parking space was a big plus, and the elevator from the garage took us almost directly up to the room. The view from the balcony was beautiful. There is a Shabbat elevator and a refrigerator with Shabbat mode. We were there over Pesach so we did not use any of the appliances, but there was a hot plate, hot water kettle, oven, cooktop and other kitchen necessities. Laundry detergent, dish soap and toilet paper were also provided, which was helpful. Any issues or questions were addressed very promptly and with friendliness and professionalism by the hosts. Thank you for a great stay!
