Ziona’s beautiful home was perfect for my little birthday trip with friends. The house was stunning and had mostly everything we needed for our stay! The front door is a bit temperamental but once knowing how it works/ how to do it there is no issues!! Very quite neighbourhood and is perfect for morning or afternoon walks/ runs with the beach also very close. Ziona was extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations in regards to food and drinks, aswell as small things we may needed help with: heating the pool, front door, fuze box And was very responsive. Overall our stay was beautiful and would definitely book with her again.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, Sydney and Chris made us feel so welcome and at home. Their hospitality was unmatched, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our kids had an absolute blast playing on the property. We were lucky enough to borrow the kids toys, which kept everyone entertained. The property itself is stunning, with a lovely pool that provided endless fun and relaxation. Every corner of the home felt inviting and cozy. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat for our family and friend’s. Thank you for your warmth and kindness; we can't wait to return! The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

So beautiful and relaxing with a home away from home vibe. The Jacuzzi, view and proximity to the national park are worth the visit alone. Hosts couldn’t be more helpful, so attentive!!! Can’t wait to visit again, def perfect place for a last minute getaway close to Sydney.

BOOK THE STAY! Words can’t describe how much we enjoyed our weekend here. The hosts are responsive and helpful, the short boat transfer from the marina is seamless ( thanks Collin), and the views from the house are unbeatable. The wifi is fast, the smart TV’a were great , the house is well stocked, and you have everything you need to relax. We had an absolutely magical time and though we live out of the country we will make every effort to come back!

Imagine waking up to the birds singing then having a cup of coffee on the balcony, watching sunrise over the quiet bay with a breathtaking view. Heaven!! photos on the ads really don't do its justice. The house was fully equipped. Functional kitchen with all the appliances to cook up a storm, all sort of seasonings, cookwares to use. Even with my chef background who often got frustrated in most airbnb's kitchens, i couldn't fault this one. Extremely clean, tidy with a tasteful decor, a tranquil view similar to that of a well kept resort villa in Bali or Thailand. Drive way to the garage was pretty steep but nothing a good driver couldn't handle. The garage was a bit short for our car (will fit a compact car), so we parked in front of it, there was also street parking. The host, Anna, is lovely and even kindly offering early check-in and late checkout without us even asking. This was the best airbnb house we have stayed in NSW. 5+stars and definitely will book again in a heartbeat.

The home was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with every little detail thoughtfully arranged. From the peaceful surroundings to the cozy, stylish decor, it felt like a true getaway. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air, and the whole property had such a calm, welcoming vibe. My family and I loved every part of our stay – it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for your warm hospitality and for creating such a special place. We would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape!

It was as the photos showed. Very clean and everything you need to start your stay, even cleaning products. We were very comfortable and we needed a quiet space. Loved the fact that most of the beds were ensembles and not slats that won me over straight away. Just remember if you book it is dog friendly so you will find scrapes on the screen doors which is to be expected. At least we know that next time we come down to the central coast we can bring our dog. The owners answered all our questions very promptly before we booked. Never had any need to have to make contact again as we had no issues during our stay. If I could say one thing it would be for more lighting out the back, but that would be all. We had a wonderful and truly relaxing stay at The Perch. Over three days, my mum, sister, 10-year-old niece and I enjoyed this beautiful home with its stunning views. Every moment was special—whether basking in the sun, watching the rain, or enjoying a dramatic lightning show. The house was spotless, the bedding incredibly comfortable, and each room tastefully decorated with stylish touches. Each afternoon, colourful parrots visited us on the balcony, and on our final day, a kookaburra dropped by to say goodbye. The location is perfect—just a 10-minute walk to Copacabana Beach, where you’ll find good coffee, delicious pastries, and great lunch options. Suzy is a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and an excellent communicator. We’d love to return!

Unique place to stay on the water. The cabin was great as was the boathouse and jetty. Would highly recommend for a nice, relaxing stay.

Perfect place to stay for a fall weekend. We arrived at Friday night and found everything as described. Saturday we went to one of the nice cafes and then to Bouddi National Park. In the afternoon I took a trip around the lake in one of the kayaks. That was pretty amazing. The trip was great and the place is very nice for a weekend with friends. Thanks Stephen!

Had the most enjoyable stay at Cindy’s place over a long weekend. The house is spacious and cosy. It was a beautiful stay within the native bush and the house had everything you need. I would highly recommend & stay again!

house was beautiful and we felt right at home! only downside is lack of functionality for babies and children. definitely bring a towel for them and a highchair. however, still comfortable for a whole family! I loved that it was minimalistic and not a lot for my little one to get into.

We had a whole wonderful weekend at Emily’s place! This house had everything we needed and we felt right at home.

We had a great multi-family stay at Luke's home. The house was as described - the heated pool was fantastic, the pet friendly fenced yard was perfect and the house was large enough to gather in one area or break away and enjoy some peace downstairs or outside. The house was well stocked and included many board games and outdoor activities (table tennis, badminton, volleyball) for all to enjoy. We would definitely recommend this house, especially for large families.
