Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Hardenburgh

Cathy is a great host and was friendly and responsive. We loved our time at the Tiny House! It was a perfect winter getaway for us. It was the perfect amount of space for the 2 of us and the location was peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for and we’d highly recommend staying at the Tiny House!

Everything was great and as expected. I found the description of this Airbnb to be spot on. No surprises. Great stay.

What an excellent stay - this airbnb was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, extra linens, really anything that one could want. Amenities were high quality and very thoughtful.

Nora’s house stands out as one of the best that I have stayed in. It feels like visiting the home of a relative who has taken care to ensure modern comforts while preserving the character and history of the home. It’s full of antique furniture and special treasures from china plates to vintage games. The views are breathtaking from indoors or out, and the covered deck allows for grilling or lounging even in the rain. One note: the pull-down stairs to the loft are quite steep. We used it as a daytime clubhouse until our kids, ages 9 and 10, got the courage to sleep up there on our last night. We loved hiking along the creek and visiting the farm animals. Bring tall wading boots if you are visiting in cool weather! Although we could see the adorable pigs and goats from the living room, we thankfully couldn’t smell or hear them unless we went down the hill to say hello. Nora was helpful, responsive, and friendly. I am grateful to her for making our stay so special. Highly recommended!

Our third time to stay here. Adorable, clean and everything you need. Very reasonably priced. For the area, would hope to always stay there.

Another review said it was more beautiful than the pictures and I agree! The home and space was so serene even though it was a bit rainy. My partner and I felt safe and visited some food recommendations. We highly recommend mornings! And We hope to go back! Paul was truly an amazing and responsive host

We had a great stay at Katie’s cozy mountain house. From the patio, we were able to watch the birds and the deer pass by, and the house gave us easy access to some awesome hikes and cute villages. It was super relaxing and a wonderful time in the beautiful Catskills! Thank you, Katie!

We loved our stay at Lauren's place! The hot tub was of course a highlight, and we spent a lot of time just hanging on the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit. Nice touches like linen robes, and everything felt tidy and cozy!

We stayed 2 nights at Bob and Jackie's place with our 2 kids. The apartment was clean and prepared for our arrival which we really appreciate (an extra bed was already made for our kids to sleep). There was enough space for the 4 of us, the kitchen is fully equipped too. Although it was raining heavily during our stay, we could enjoy our time outside because of a little covered area on the back of the building with a view to the woods and a grill that we enjoyed using as well. Thanks Bob and Jackie for a nice and peaceful stay!

Ami’s place was great! Stayed for my birthday and was surprised with a delicious tres leche cake upon my arrival! The view was incredible, amenities were amazing, overall it was everything I hoped for and more. Thanks Ami!

We loved how quiet and peaceful the location was. We also loved the homey touches- the local books, the honor store out back, the fact that there was the cafe under the apartment. The setting was beautiful and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the brook and the spring peepers!

It’s been a little over a week since we stayed here and I cannot stop thinking about it. The pictures in this listing are beautiful but the space is even more incredible in person. I also spent a lot of time sitting on the deck and taking in the view of the mountains - so peaceful! The attention to detail here is unmatched. From check in to checkout, everything is very clear. Communication was great. The guidebook is thorough. And, again, the space really is so well done. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings even indoors. Highly recommend!

Great lake view and very peaceful surroundings. The place was as described and overall a nice stay. Slightly awkward that the bathroom didn’t have a ceiling, but not a big deal. Also saw an otter swimming in the lake!

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend, '25. Wanted a quiet getaway for the four of us: my wife and myself, plus our adult daughter and our high school aged daughter. This property delivered. Quiet mix of woodlands and farm. Babbling brook right outside the back door. And it was a short drive to Delhi, which was a lovely little town.

We love staying at this peaceful and idyllic cabin. The property is very well maintained and true in character to its beautiful surroundings. We love the log fire, the hot tub and the beautiful garden full of wildlife. The area has plenty to do including great farmers markets, distillery with pizza truck and lots of walking and much more.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, we thoroughly enjoyed our time! The whole space was just extremely cozy and in a pristine setting with the beautiful landscape around. The climate control was extremely easy to use especially since we stayed during a colder period. Overall a fantastic stay! The bathroom is a little small, but not really an issue!

Would absolutely stay again! Really loved the way they've updated the space but kept the classic touches of the house. Huge well appointed kitchen with everything you could need. Peaceful outdoor space with lots of privacy. And overall a very spacious house that feels like you could have a big group without getting in each others way. Ryan & Lauren were super on it. Will definitely recommend to friends.

This is the perfect glamping site! Sam is super helpful, the property is adorable (he has a few other sites on the property). It’s the perfect place to unplug. The mineral tub was so relaxing and unique. We will definitely be back to experience one of the other sites. Tip: communicate with Sam (arrival time and when you arrive) this way you have a hot tub and know how to keep it hot.

The bedroom is stunning, with a charming design that made sleeping there a true pleasure. I also loved the wood style decor throughout the cabin; it added a warm, rustic charm that I found absolutely captivating. We will definitely be back soon! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and cozy getaway!

A wonderfully relaxing place to stay. The hot tub and sauna are wonderful, as is the bedroom with the view of the mountains. We plan to come back soon.
