I had a pleasant stay at this apartment. It was clean, cosy and a good size for four girls on a weekend break. Good sized rooms and two bathrooms. It was around a 15 minute walk from the station and the city centre. The team also have excellent communication. I was provided with a Roku player on request, enabling me to use my Netflix account. When I had trouble using, somebody was sent over immediately to fix it for me.

The accommodation was booked for a colleague travelling from China and working in the UK for 3 weeks. Really lovely stay. As stated, this is the owners' home, so the property was incredibly well-stocked with everything you could need, as well as plush new sofas, carpet and mattresses when we visited. A luxury feel throughout, with considerate touches (e.g. water bottles and glasses on trays in bedrooms, huge bath towels, little treat on arrival and food to get started in fridge), making us feel "well-hosted"! I found the instructions and labels very helpful and there was a spirit of welcoming and generosity from Christine. We settled in quickly and were very comfortable. Very spacious rooms, great shower pressure (only used upstairs), parking available on the drive and road, lovely area with nearby parks and playgrounds for kids; two TVs in two separate living areas, so handy if you have kids and adults with different tastes/needing more space! Always swift communication and a pleasure to deal with.

We stayed at Khadz' place a little over two months. He was great host, who conscientiously dealt with small issues that occurred. It's on the ground floor and it's very large for a one bedroom unit. Lot's of space in the kitchen and parlor. Appliances work well. Outside entry way. A very good location, attractive neighborhood, close to High Street, Gravely Hill Train Station and bus routes. Not far from a park, where we enjoyed walking.

This really is a first class Airbnb! Gaynor has taken every care to make sure your stay is comfortable, from putting milk and strawberries in the fridge for you to the wonderfully comfortable bed.
