New 7BR Luxury House Near Beaches *Sleeps 14

We had a great family vacation at Anna’s house! The house was spacious with plenty of room to sleep our party of 14, with a common area on each floor to hang out in. There were thoughtful additions to the house that made traveling with kids easier including board games, beach toys, bikes, and children’s books. Anna was an extremely responsive and proactive host who did a great job communicating information about the check in process, house amenities, and community facilities ahead of time. The house was a quick walk to the community pool which was also very nice, and an easy drive to many local attractions. Great stay overall.

Diane's space, the Captain's quarters, was immaculate. it was so charming from details in tilework and fauna around the entryway to the sitting area outside. This was such a peaceful stay to include a goody basket with plenty of coffee and cookies. The linens and mattress were so comfortable! Rainhead shower, fluffy towels ocean scented essentials for the bath were a lovely touch. There is a laundry room if you need it and if you need, an outside shower. I cannot begin to explain how restful and elevated this charming tiny home is in person. The house iis nestled at the back of the neighborhood in this quaint bay community. This is a very short drive from restaurants and the beach! Don't hesitate. Beautiful copper inlay ceilings, brass fixtures, beams in the ceiling. A mini gem..we wish we could stay longer. We would love to return. Thanks!

Such an AMAZING stay! The townhome is incredible, clean and roomy. It was part of such an amazing community where my 2.5 year old had a blast in the pool, splash park and playground! It’s far enough away but only 15 minutes to downtown and the beaches. Such an amazing place! Will definitely be back!!!

We had a great stay! The house was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and located on a beautifully private piece of property. It was just the two of us, but the space could easily accommodate a larger group—up to 8 people comfortably. The hosts were thoughtful in stocking the house with plenty of supplies in case you forget essentials like shampoo or Band-Aids. Having a washer and dryer available was also a big plus. Check-in and check-out were seamless and super convenient. The only recommendation I’d make is some TLC for the lawn in the front and back. The area with the grill had tall grass and no outdoor seating, which made it harder to enjoy the outdoor space. It looks like they might be growing a clover lawn, which we are big fans of but it just needed a little love. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay—we’d definitely return!

I can’t say enough positive about Jennifer’s cottage. First off it looked & even smelled brand new. Not just the house but everything inside, from the furnishings, bedding, decorations, appliances did as well. It was immaculate. Comfortable. Convenient to so many local attractions. Jennifer also was a perfect host. Proactive and communicative. Probably the only place I’ve stayed where I didn’t need to contact the host for a question or issue after arrival. Her instructions and information were complete and clear. We are hoping that all her future guests take care of this gem so that it remains as pristine as it is now.

Was there for a youth baseball tournament and found this to be the perfect location for getting to the beach as well as getting to the field. We enjoyed the privacy, peace and quiet, and the yard for the kids to play in. Would definitely stay there again.

Second time at Renee's place and once again it was perfect. We stay on a Saturday night and really enjoy the place, it's quiet and very comfortable. It's perfect if you want to relax and disconnect from the city. It's not far from Bethany beach. Renee is very reactive and charming. We really recommend Renee's place!
