David and Beth were very welcoming. The house was really cute, clean, and comfortable. The view and property were beautiful. You can certainly tell they put their heart into maintaining their gardens. I would not hesitate recommending. We will be back. Andrea

We had a wonderful time. Everything was just as described and despite the cold weather we had a cozy and comfortable stay. The kitchen was great had everything we needed to cook simple dinners and breakfasts. The space is crystal clean, private and only a brief drive from all the local attractions. Check in and out was a breeze and the host was a terrific communicator. He even let the kids borrow a sled to do a few runs down the hill on the property. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to visit again in the future.

A very cozy and lovely place to stay

Tranquility at the Yellow Door is the perfect name for your place. It feels like a home, not just a place to stay. All of the amenities and small touches made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect for climbing as well as getting good eats in Plymouth. We felt so welcomed by Bill and Lisa. It was like seeing old friends again. Dash is the cutest and most friendly dog - welcoming us with his ball and wagging tail. We stay at a lot of AirBnbs and Bill and Lisa's place hits our top ten favorites. We will be back. A very comfortable abode. Would recommend. Was concerned about our uke music and voices disturbing residents above us. Especially liked the nearby rail trail for walking and biking.

We had a lovely time staying in this airbnb. Peter was a wonderful, well-prepared host. All instructions were clear and informative, and the rental was stocked with all the amenities we could need. The view from the home is breathtaking and the neighboring area is filled with fun, active things to do. Staying here made this such a nice, easy trip - we look forward to returning and renting again!

5 Stars I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The first thing I noticed was how incredibly clean and well-maintained everything was. From the spotless kitchen and bathroom to the freshly laundered linens. It truly felt like walking into a hotel suite, but with all the warmth and charm of a home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the space overall was quiet and cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered to ensure I feel welcome and at ease. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay. Deborah and Pearl were the ideal hosts for our weekend in Vermont. Deborah was incredibly responsive and provided us with awesome recommendations. It’s clear that the guest experience/comfort is a priority for Deborah - that is reflected in the care and details in the apartment. If you want a quiet weekend away in the mountains while still being just a short drive from the “action” - this is the place for you! We can’t wait to return in the fall.

Perfect Airbnb. We stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The hot tub, pool table, dart board, piano, book collection, and giant tv ensured we were never bored. The view was incredible, it felt like we were in a movie. The hosts answered very quickly whenever we had a question, and they also ensured we had a lot of privacy, which was really appreciated. 10000/10! I would stay here again and again and again. No complaints at all.

We had a fantastic time here, got completely snowed in and loved staying cozy in the apartment. Sarah is super nice and friendly. The apartment is above the detached garage, and we had complete privacy, but could ask questions and get suggestions from the hosts with no problem. Looking forward to coming back :)

Michael was a wonderful and accommodating host! His listing is just as cozy and welcoming as it appears!! I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend stay in Henniker and sampled some of the local food and enjoyed exploring in the natural world. Perfect stay for us . We were able to ski as well as watch movies on the Roku tv during some windy , cold weather . Comfortable beds . Electric fireplace made the living area very cozy . We were able to visit family in the area and continue on to Ice Castles a bit north . We will be back when we can . Plenty of storage for bulky ski jackets and pants in coat closet . Didn’t use the washer and dryer but definitely would if we stayed longer . Thanks Tracy and Ryan . Ps very attentive snow removal during quite a storm. Also reached out to let us know they had some backup power ready to run the fridge and heat just incase. Super hosts indeed .

i visited red rooster to check out rutland for a possible move to the state. joe, julie, and mark were all helpful from the start, easily accommodating my super-late check-in time. throughout the week i stayed, i really enjoyed chatting with them as i came and went, and feeding worms to the chickens. the space was clean, spacious, and very comfortable-- i visited during a record heat wave and the a/c kept me nice and cool. i slept very well in the bed! the bathroom was comically large and i got a good laugh wondering about why the house builders chose to put soooo much empty space in that room in particular. it is a very charming 100+ year old house, so if you like old houses you'll feel right at home. i had a great trip, and everyone's gracious hosting made me feel right at home, making it a lot easier to envision myself moving to vt. thanks, all!!!

The apartment was perfect for 2 people. Parking lot was well lit. The apartment was clean and very well furnished. The bed was super comfortable. Great restaurant within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Leslie's apartment and the kind support she provided during a recent three-week stay there. The apartment is a sweet one-bedroom on the second floor of their home, which I could access easily and very privately at all times of the day. Everything you could need is provided, and the house and the neighborhood were very peaceful. The town of Randolph is also a great location if visiting Central Vermont. While a small community, again, it has everything you could possibly want for a great stay, almost all of it within walking distance. I plan to return again next summer!

Amazing view, great and comfy Airbnb. The hot tub is such a nice plus with the incredible view over the mountains. It was so well equipped we had most of our meals in the Airbnb because the kitchen was so functional. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had an awesome stay, it was a college girls reunion. It poured cats and dogs, but it didn’t matter, cause we sat around and drank tea and knit, and it was awesome. The accommodations were better than pictured, and it was just fantastic.

Our second stay here was great, river was a little higher but we wanted a peaceful weekend with friends and dogs. Apartment was warm given the unseasonable cold weather and we had all the amenities we needed even dog towels for wet pups. Did not see the host during our stay but she was in contact as needed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Monty's place -- the apartment was well stocked with many thoughtful items, the area is very peaceful and near to outdoor activities, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

This place was spacious and fun! The highlight for us was the view and the sound of the river and the birds. It was peaceful and just what we were looking for. Being on the first floor, close to the doors was incredibly convenient. There were luggage carts that helped us get our stuff in quickly and with minimal effort. The place was well stocked with quality towels and dishes, cleaning supplies and extra sheets. All around, it’s a great place to relax for the weekend. We would definitely book again.

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

The getaway apartment was just as described. Peaceful, private, and with ample space and amenities for a family of three. We enjoyed our weekend!
