This designer room is a 2LDK measuring 51.3㎡, offered entirely as a private rental without any shared spaces with other guests. It boasts a simple and refined design, compact yet fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It has accommodated as few as two and as many as six guests so far. The spacious 2LDK layout includes a toilet right upon entering. The living room is straight ahead, featuring a kitchen and dining area at the front. Guests can freely use basic cooking utensils and seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil) in the kitchen. In the back of the living room, you can enjoy meals at a low table or relax and watch TV on the sofa. Next to the kitchen, there's a door leading to the wash basin, washing machine, and bathroom. There are two bedrooms, each with one king-size bed. Additionally, the sofa bed in the living room can sleep two more people. Regarding the beds, we provide carefully selected products from the globally trusted bedding manufacturer Simmons, focusing on comfort and quality to enhance your stay. The house was built about 100 years ago, and the design was created to bring out the charm of the building's materials. By polishing and reusing the original wood and doors, We were particular about using natural building materials. A cozy place where the sunlight and shadows of morning, noon, and night, and the four seasons of Japan blend comfortably. Enjoy the space that was built with time and love. For your comfort, we've upgraded the air conditioning, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom to match the size of the room. Bathroom heating is also available. Our room is located in Yao Osaka prefecture. It's a quite and safe place where there are lots of families in the neighborhood. It's between Kintetsu-Yao and Kawachi-Yamamoto station. It takes about 15minutes on foot from both of the stations. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls near the station. Our room is modern Japanese style, and Host lives next door. Please don't hesitate to ask us anytime.

Our house is traditional Japanese style house. 150 years old and in a very quiet location. We are renting house. Not shared with other guests. There are 2 bedrooms(Tatami-room) and 1 living room, gameroom, bathroom, shower toilet, all of the room are only for you. *Children is free of charge if your children don't need a bed and break fast.
