We had a wonderful stay here. The place was as described and more. A lovely setting looking over the lake. Modern with a comfy bed and sofa. Easy parking. Extremely clean. We felt at home and it was a nice touch to give a small breakfast basket.

We had a really lovely stay at James and Polly’s place and it felt like a home from home! We love the area, it has a really nice vibe with lots of pubs and cafes. I forgot how buzzy it can be at night, location is right by lots of pubs so it was noisy at night if you are staying in. We didn’t mind though, baby still slept through it and just made us want to come back and enjoy the night life next time. 😁 Also appreciated the early opening of the coffee shop below on a Sunday!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Cher's place was very centrally located close to all shops and 5 mins to the beach. Cher was very responsive and hospitable and we would definitely stay again.

A charming one-bedroom annexe nestled in the heart of Lilliput, perfectly located near local shops, restaurant’s, the beaches and Poole town centre. Anna thoughtfully provided everything you could need for your stay, including a delightful hamper filled with essentials and treats. We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was large, immaculate and beautifully furnished. The beds and bedding were super comfy. The courtyard garden was lovely but didn’t get much sun in the morning or evening (we were out during the day so can’t say about that). Everything you could need was provided. Would definitely return here.

Nice peaceful location, a short walk from the town & on down to the quay. Nice allocated off street parking. Property all as described.

Nice clean accommodation, well decorated with everything you would need, good communication from Maureen regarding the stay. Tesco nearby for groceries, Cafe 100yds away for coffee and breakfast or dinner. We stayed for a weekend and went to eat at Rick Steins one night and Poole harbour the next night.

We stayed 3 nights in The Loft and were very happy with the accommodation. Exactly as described, well equipped, comfortable and convenient. There are walks you can do without getting in the car and loads more just a short drive away. The New Forest Inn is easily walkable along the road, we thought it was excellent and ended up going twice as we liked not having to get in the car to go for a meal. We normally go to the New Forest one every couple of years at least and will look to book here again.

Fabulous flat. Described perfectly by Jus. Very clean beautiful interior. Everything you need. Loved the little extras like shampoo and conditioner and shower gel in bathrooms. Very comfy beds. Short walk to the end of the road to the beach. We brought our dog. He was well looked after with doggy treats and a fabulous dog friendly beach awaited. Even shorter walk to the high street with great restaurants. Jus is a great communicator and nothing was too much bother. Thoroughly recommend we’ll be back!

Really well situated, extremely easy check in and check out, and Chloe was responsive throughout. Really clean and everything you would need in the flat!

Just what we expected,some really nice touches like the biscuits and fruit. Quiet and private.

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

Absolutely charming accommodation. Really spacious and well laid out. Felt like home away from home, could have stayed here for longer and will definitely look into coming back here. Lovely walk to the nearest pub for lunch, the mill is right on the river with Stunning views of the surrounding area. Nice garden area with views of the cows in the field. The hot water was extremely hot so be careful, but it was nice to always have plenty of hot water for washing and showering. Overall a lovely private place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay! The location itself is enough of a selling point, with the quality of the accommodation itself as an added bonus. Very spacious, comfortable beds, very welcoming. And a great collection of games and books. Highly recommended :)

One of the best properties we have stayed at, small but perfectly formed! Everything you needed and beautiful newly fitted shower room. Lovely location right on the harbourfront and a short walk to Old Poole with an array of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Airbnb near Bournemouth! The location was absolutely perfect and was central to everywhere we wanted to explore, this made it easy to get around. Andy was very friendly and welcoming, offering us some great dog friendly recommendations that really helped us make the most of our trip. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better base for our Dorset adventure. Highly recommended!

Awesome location and full length swimming pool with Sauna. Only a 15 min walk into Swanage, beautiful castle only 10 min away and views of the sea. Fantastic full size swimming pool and sauna, our 8 and 10 year old loved it. We weren't able to use the snooker table due to the age of our kids and the lounge is not the most sociable set up for the evenings but the swimming pool made up for it ;-)

We spent 6 days in an excellent accommodation and the facilities in the hotel were great. Our host was very helpful and supportive if we had any questions. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment.

perfect little staycation! the place is huge, so clean, great pool for the evening when the weather isn't great. walking distance to beach and pubs and then a short drive to Bournemouth. Matt is a great host and would definitely recommend.
