Vacation rentals with a patio in Hampton

Karen and Brian were wondering hosts. Extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend their apartment. It was so adorable and clean and had everything we could need and more! We would definitely come back again!

Great place to stay, and hosts were very friendly and responsive. One note.. not related to the unit or the hosts but to navigation to the unit ... our GPS had us drive right past it and then drive around the block and attempt to pull in from behind which is impossible. So if you choose to stay here, and you should :-) , be aware..

Stunning apartment, in a beautiful location! The hosts were very responsive and helped us figure out a last minute booking. This was probably the most beautiful airbnb I have stayed in so far.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Andree's place! The apartment has an amazing view and is beautifully styled and comfortable. Andree is an incredibly responsive host and provided great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I had a great time staying at Rachel's place. It's located in a very walkable town that is perfectly located between Boston and Gloucester/Rockport. We went for coffee and to the beach every day and took the Regional rail into Boston for a Sox game and out to Gloucester for a whale watching tour. Very easy and convenient. Rachel was super responsive and even sent an interactive site that features maps, local recommendations and any information on the rental you could need. We would certainly stay again.

Had a girl’s weekend to celebrate a few birthdays! Carmen was an amazing host, responded instantly to any questions and was extremely helpful! The house was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed for two nights! We were able to walk everywhere we needed (the local restaurants, shops, bars and cafes!) We definitely will be staying here again!

Can't reccomend this place enough, if you're looking for a place in hampton beach this is the one! Huuge plus for being dog friendly but even if you dont have a dog this is by far the nicest place we've stayed in the area. The owner was so sweet and they thought of everything you could possibly need, we had a great time using the grill instead of eating out the last night as well. Definitely booking again!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was perfect for our vacation. Plenty of room that everyone had their own space. The house is beautifully decorated, made you feel right at home. Comfortable seating found throughout inside and outside area. Teresa has thought of EVERYTHING, and it is available for you to use on your stay. The location is fantastic, a short walk to North Beach in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!

My family and I stayed while attending a wedding in Exeter. The house was spotless, Lots of space, quiet neighborhood, all the necessary amenities, very inviting Bob provided great communication. We had a great very relaxing stay.

Angel was our host for a friend’s Bachelor party. Plenty of space and beds, along with fantastic decks and outdoor spaces for hanging out. Great sound system for music. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. Right next to Wallys for live music! 10/10

Our rental was roomy with 6 adults and slept comfortably with bedrooms were big and roomy. The coffee station was great with everything we needed. William was there to greet us and allowed us an early check in to drop off luggage before enjoying the area. Lots of towels and toiletries. The place was very clean and enjoyed the snacks. Thanks.

Lisa and Michael were excellent host. By far the best Air BnB we’ve stayed in on any trip. They were very friendly, had great recommendations, very responsive, the house was beautiful and just as amazing as the pictures showed. I wish we could have stayed longer and we will without a doubt be back for sure. There is no other place in Massachusetts we could have chosen and had a better time at.

Great stay with New England Vacations! Through no fault of their own, the property was not ready for us when we arrived. One call to Matt and he jumped in to remedy the situation. Matt bent over backwards to make it right and salvaged our family vacation. The house was comfortable for three couples. We liked staying withing walking distance to downtown. The backyard was spacious and nice to hangout in, although some might still feel a little too close to neighbors. I loved the idea of staying in a house, neighborhood and town oozing with architectural and American history.

We had such a fantastic time, the only complaint is that it went by too quickly! Arun provided thorough instructions and was very responsive and friendly in communications. We were so appreciative that a special request was very kindly granted for a disabled family member. The place was just as pictured and had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The location could not be better, right in the heart of the Hampton boardwalk. Our favorite thing was sitting out on the balcony watching the waves roll in and enjoying observing all of the activity going on below us. We were lucky enough to be there on a night the fireworks went off and could not have had a better view right from that balcony! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be able to return soon!

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

Best stay ive ever had with air bnb clean place and excellent host!

This was a teeny tiny condo (<200 sq ft!) but spotlessly clean, well appropriated, and a great location. The bed was comfy and the loft area was tall enough to sit up and move around. It was a 5 minute walk to Pine Point Beach. There are about dozen other tiny cottages in the condo association, clustered around a central parking lot, so if all of them were full there wouldn’t be a ton of privacy but we were there in the off season and it was peaceful and quiet.

The Porch House is the perfect place to stay in Salem. Alex & David were gracious and dependable hosts. Everything was easy and detailed. The house is gorgeous, perfect creaky wood floors and lovely natural light, comfy beds, all the necessities and lovely extras like local coffee and a welcome treat. Alex offers great ideas for your stay. The location is perfect..just steps away from the busy tourist area, but quiet and lovely. Any way you walk from the house there are things to do. Being close to the Commons is delightful and we loved coffee on the porch and watching the locals walk their dogs. It’s incredibly clean, full kitchen, great linens. Minutes to walk to the wharf, the center of town or the other restaurants and coffee places around. Right across the street from Goodnight Fatty which will thrill you if you like sweets. If you are lucky, you’ll meet the gorgeous house cats. Thank you for making our stay so lovey.

5 stars! Jen’s place exceeded my expectations. Everything was very clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and check-in was super easy. I had a busy week and it was great to come back to such a comfortable space. Jen was also very responsive and kind. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.
