Full kitchen with brand new appliances, Bathroom (shower only), and a living room. This rental is perfect for 1-4 people. One parking spot right on the property. A perfect place for all your Hampton Beach memories to be made!

Located at the Island Section of the beach steps from the ocean and a short walk to the Boardwalk. It is a 2-bedroom cottage for a maximum of 4 guests with 2 parking spaces. Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. 2 Bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen. 2nd floor deck with view of Ocean Boulevard and Beach. Great location off of G st. 300 feet from the beach! Walking Distance to Restaurants and Shops! This unit has no parking. Private and public parking lots within walking distance. Paid Parking can be found behind G st at 92 Ashworth Avenue. There is additional parking on Ocean Boulevard across from G St or on Ashworth Avenue behind F St. We do not supply linens or towels.

Beautiful hand built very private cabin with master bedroom and large loft located deep in the woods of Cape Ann. Walking distance to down town Rockport and waterfront. Friendly miniature horses just 200 feet away that children love to visit. Applecart Farm is happy to have guests of diverse backgrounds and interests. Pets are allowed only with advanced request to ensure safety of guest and residents pets. NEM 1450 plug for EV charging.
