Two bedroom basement apartment with all amenities to help you have a wonderful stay when you visit Green Bay, NL. House is located on the waterfront in Springdale, NL. New reno! Everything has been brought down to studs! Playpen, bed rails, toys, extra blankets, stroller onsite for people travelling with infants and toddlers. Apartment is at the back of the building, down over some stairs.

Grocery and liquor store close walking distance. 5 mins drive from Deer Lake Airport, a short scenic drive to Gros Morne National Park and 25 mins drive to Marble Mountain Ski Resort where you can Ski, Zip Line over a beautiful waterfall! There is a playground down the street. Deer Lake has a beautiful sandy beach and the Insectarium & Butterfly Garden are well worth visiting! Sorry no pets.

Evelyn's Place was an absolute gem! The views from the property are stunning, and we were lucky enough to witness the northern lights right from their balcony. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. We had wonderful conversations with them that made us feel right at home. Every moment spent there was enjoyable, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

So peaceful and quiet. Our first night the weather was lovely-we sat on the deck watched the sunset and listened to the waves, wind and birds. Place was very spacious, new and clean.
