Our basement apartment offers everything you need for a 2 persons stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for small meals, there is a smaller dining area in the room, along with a double bed. Toilet separate from the bathroom and laundry facilities in connection with the bathroom. Private entrance with key box in case we are not home to greet you.

Huset ligger midt imellem Vordingborg, Næstved og Præstø i fredelige og naturskønne omgivelser. Gåafstand til fjord. Tæt på Svinø strand, Avnø naturcenter og sjællandsleden. Tæt på indkøbsmulighed. Indgang til huset deles med ejer.

Lejligheden indeholder 2 gode store soveværelser, en opholdsstue med sovesofa, et køkken og et ældre retro badeværelse. Lejer har hele første salen for sig selv med egen indgang.
