This house in Nicosia's old city is a treasure! An authentic Ottoman home updated for modern living with beautiful taste and an intriguing design. A large family or group of travelers would be very comfortable: two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a powder room, multiple levels, a huge kitchen and cozy living room, a quiet, breezy balcony, and a spacious courtyard. The high ceilings and windows in every room give a spacious, bright feel to the whole place. My 10-year-old especially loved the loft. Maybe the best part of this house is the neighborhood where it's located. It's remarkably quiet despite its centrality, full of art galleries and studios, great little cafes and restaurants, churches and mosques, gorgeous flowers blooming. A short 10-minute walk to Ledra Street, where you can shop or cross to the north. Sara and Irena were friendly and very responsive, immediately addressing my questions. Can't wait to go back! This place on the steps of Kyrenia Harbour, is an absolute gem. The setting is one of the most beautiful I’ve experienced, with breathtaking views. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and exactly as pictured (simple, elegant, and full of beautiful touches). I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, and this one really stands out. Esra was a phenomenal host… kind, responsive, and so helpful. I was actually planning to stay again but had to change plans due to an emergency. Highly, highly recommend. Five stars all the way!

Michalis was an extremely helpful host. He provided us with plenty of additional furniture for our 7 month old while also being extremely responsive when the WiFi stopped working. Great host and great apartment.

Place was perfect. Excellent location. Parking downstairs. Easy to get to. The flat was spotless and clean. My wife and I Felt very comfortable staying there. Polyvios was very friendly proactive and helpful. Will definitely be my place to stay in Nicosia next month.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’s place! The apartment is cozy, spotlessly clean, and full of unique interior details that give it a lot of charm. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend staying here. A small tip: as mentioned in some previous reviews, the location can be a bit tricky to find at first. We found that using “Here WeGo” maps works perfectly—it has the correct location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was a great size, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool was great and there was plenty of much needed shade throughout the day, as well as sunny areas. The living area was comfortable and spacious and as a keen cook, I found the kitchen to be really well equipped, it had everything we needed. Our host was fantastic, he couldn’t have been more helpful, he was on hand to deal with any issues but never intrusive. We loved the welcome goodies provided for us, that was a lovely and generous surprise. We’d definitely return to the villa if we come back to this area in the future.

The house is in a very advantageous location for those coming for vacation. One of the biggest advantages is that it is only 3-4 minutes by car to the Merit Hotels area. The house was extremely clean, carefully furnished and quite comfortable. Everything you might need in the kitchen and bathroom was thought of; all household appliances and personal care products were complete. During our stay, we experienced a sudden water outage around 11:30 p.m. We were worried about having problems at such an hour, but the host Ms. Beyhan quickly resolved the situation. It was really admirable that he came with his team and intervened late at night. Thanks to this approach, we were always at ease. Overall, we were very satisfied with the house and the host's attention. We recommend it with peace of mind.

Amazing far located meditative place. Highly recommended!

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

We had a very nice stay. A place where you can feel at home. You can reach the Ferit Hotels in about 3 minutes on foot.

We had a great time with a friend and our pets,which is important for us! Very beautiful place, trails, mountain ranges, vineyards, and much more! The stunning starry sky and silence immerse you in lightness and oblivion from the hustle and bustle of the city! Very good-natured hosts! We got a little lost at the beginning, and Michalina met us and escorted us to the place of residence!We were also treated to fresh eggs and fruits, which we enjoyed! Delight and only! First of all, I would like to thank the hosts for their interest. The location of the house is one of the most central locations in Cyprus, we came home without taking anything with us and we had everything we needed. The design and old texture of the house were fascinating. It was a great experience for us. Thank you for everything.

I booked with Demetris solely based on the fantastic reviews and we weren’t disappointed. On arrival to Larnaca Airport Demetris was there to collect us and we began our short journey to his beautiful apartment which is perfectly located in the traditional old town of Larnaca. Right next to the apartment are retail shops, supermarkets, family run bakery’s, bars and restaurants serving all cuisines. The stunning Finikoudes Beach is just a 5 minute walk, where you can also enjoy a full range of sightseeing tours and transportation which can take you to any part of the Cyprus coast. The apartment is very homely and has everything you would need. Fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with a great balcony. Demetris is truly a wonderful host and was very helpful and easily accessible if you needed help. I’d highly recommend you visit Cyprus and stay at Demetris apartment, you won’t regret it. From the both of us, thank you Demetris and we will see you again soon

We've had a lovely stay at Angela's beach front flat. The view of the sunset from the terrace was stunning. The swimming pools were right in front of our door and very large (good for swimming) and had a stunning view of the sea. Cyprus is quite small, so it's easy and quick to get to different beaches and historic sites. Whenever we needed something, Angela was right there to assist us! Thank you ! :) The Northern part of Cyprus is very beautiful, towards Girne there are a lot of new developments being built.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone! Fredrik and Ulrika were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, located in a secure gated complex.

The apartment sits at the end of a newly build complex still partly under construction. The area is remote but heavily under development with a lot of construction (noise was not an issue though) Close to the apartment there are restaurants and a small supermarket (to which you could walk to). The beach is less than 10 minutes away by foot and the view to the sea is immaculate. The interior seems brand new and is spotless. The place is well equipped with appliances, towels and so on. On the private rooftop, there's a pool, grill, and lots of space with sun beds for you to enjoy. Aditionally, there's a large communal pool to swim some laps.

The apartment was tidy and clean as seen in the pictures, it is in a very good location, there is a large grocery store right in front of the site. The site where the apartment is located is nice and clean, there is a nice and large pool right in front of the apartment. Ms. Cansu is very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions. We will choose it again.
