Vacation rentals with beach access in Hamilton Parish

Upon arrival we were greeted by Malcolm‘s wife. She was so friendly and showed us around the property. The views at Malcolm‘s place are unmatched. We rented a electric car and rode all around the island and we’re most excited to get back to this location. you can’t beat the views and the beach 10 out of 10 would highly recommend. We will be back soon.

Here’s a polished version of your Airbnb feedback: --- Jenne and Travis's place is amazing! It's private, comfortable, and offers an incredible view of the ocean. The private courtyard was a wonderful bonus. We rented an EV and were able to conveniently park and charge it on-site. If you're not renting a car, there's a bus stop right next to the house, which makes getting around easy. I highly recommend staying at Salt Rock Studio!

This is our third trip to Bermuda and we really enjoyed staying in Paget. Audrey & Brian’s place isn’t too far from the bus stop or the rail trail. Grape Bay Beach is the small beach closest to the Airbnb, maybe a 7min walk. It’s fairly quiet with a few dog walkers here and there. There’s a small beach at the foot of the property but not very accessible plus it disappears as the tide comes in. It is a beautiful view though. Elbow beach is not far either, maybe one bus stop away. Swimming pool is great and never many people around. We aren’t big into busy tourist spots. Definitely hit Marley Beach and the little hidden beaches along Warwick’s. Pack some food and water. As far as food goes, there’s not much in the area other than Ice Queen (think Bermuda fast food - get the wahoo nuggets) and Paraquet. The super market is down the street near the bus stop. We would buy our staples there. The small studio airbnb was perfect for us since we were out and about most of the day.

We had a wonderful six days at Silvia and Peter’s guest suite! The apartment was just as described, if not better! The space was large and comfortable for my husband and I. We especially enjoyed the private access to their pool and beautiful outdoor patio. Having a few restaurants and the liquor store within walking distance (10-15 mins) was great- highly recommend brining a headlamp or small flashlight to use at night if walking. We used the bus system but hindsight would have preferred having a EV or small car. Silvia was beyond helpful and accommodating! I had many questions for her as we planned our trip and while on our trip and she got back to me so quickly! I highly recommend staying in this beautiful unit at Silvia and Peter’s!

Such a lovely stay, and what a fabulous view. we weren't expecting to be overlooking the water quite as much as it was. wow! Inside was spacious, comfortable, well appointed, with zen like modernity as the finishing touch. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Maria was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even offered to pick us up from another Airbnb location and was always happy to help with any questions we had. It was especially thoughtful of her to offer us a lift when we needed to go somewhere nearby. The apartment we rented was spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen was excellent—fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking, with all kind of appliances. I was pleasantly surprised to find thoughtful extras like hairspray and aloe vera, yoga mats. The large pool was very beautiful. Taking a swim after the beach was amazing! The property sits on a hill, offering spectacular views of Bermuda. We also used the barbecue when we wanted to cook outside. Another highlight was the access to a private beach—it was wonderful. It’s about a 10-minute walk downhill. We truly had a wonderful experience! Thank you Maria and Craig and your beautiful family!

Very comfortable and clean home, perfect for traveling with a baby. Exactly as described. Alex and Sarah were kind enough to let us borrow beach umbrellas, towels, mat, baby items for sleep, bathing and feeding! We did have to rely on taxis since the area is not very walkable (limited sidewalks), but once we figured out how to arrange them it was very easy.

David's place is at one of the prettiest beaches in Bermuda... the house is exactly as described The whole house, particularly the kitchen was very well equipped and we like to cook so that was much appreciated. Also there are little touches, like beach chairs, umbrellas, sun lotion, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. We travelled with our daughter and son in law and there was space for all. it's really the nicest part of the island for a relaxing stay.

Lorna was the sweetest host ever! She took a lot of time to talk to each of our guests. As in other reviews, she offered anything in her garden, from vegetables to aloe. She really made all of us feel welcomed. The three bedrooms and the loft accommodated our 6 adults and 2 children very well. The restaurants Henry VIII is within a 5 min walking distance, The Waterlot and Boundaries restaurants are within 15 mins walking, Horseshoe Bay is only a 20 min walk, plus the added benefit of the private beach on location made this stay wonderful. I would definitely return!

Our family had a great time at Cindy's home. We took advantage of the location, the boys paddle boarded, fished and snorkeled in the bay. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the beauty of a well manicured yard. The house had all the amenities as advertised. The bus stop for rt 6 buses is very close to the house. We could explore the entire island with the public transport. Nancy Cindy's mother was extremely helpful and made our trip so much more comfortable.

Overall, I am pleased with our stay. We were in Bermuda for a wedding and the house was walkable to the venue. It was also pretty central to everything we wanted to do. No more than a 10-15 minute taxi ride. We didn’t spend much time in the house besides sleeping so it was great for that. We didn’t talk to the host must because we a lot a lot of friends on the island but I appreciated her messaging us on our arrival/checkout days. In all my Airbnb stays I think that’s a first from a host. As other reviews have said, it is an older home and not very modern. The house is also pretty humid and the water in the tub drains pretty slow. None of that really bothered me but is worth mentioning for others to consider. The Jamaican place around the corner is top notch. 10/10 recommend and walkable from the property! Although we didn’t use, I loved having the option for all the beach gear and chairs to sit out front. All in all this was a great property for our needs and we will be back!

We had a great time at Nick's beautiful home. Location was central with incredible views. Nick was highly responsive. Looking forward to my next visit.

Our stay at Sage Cottage was very enjoyable. A true Bermudian experience with hand crafted cedar doors, windows and beams. We loved the secluded atmosphere, with all the Palm trees, Oleanders and other native trees and shrubs that were in full bloom that surrounded the 5 acre property!! It was also very close to the bus and ferry routes, a short walk to Long Beach , which we practically had to ourselves for the whole week we were there! As well, we were 5 minutes from the pharmacy, grocery store and local restaurants, as well as, the Railway Trail. Our hosts were very friendly and dropped by daily to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be planning a return visit. The 3 bedrooms were perfect to accommodate us , our 2 kids and 2 grandchildren. I would highly recommend this Air B&B

Our family had an amazing time at Scott’s home. It was a classic Bermuda residence that was stylish and incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and communication with Scott was quick and easy. The location on the water was perfect, it was quiet and peaceful at night. We rented ev cars and toured the island daily. I’d recommend this residence to anyone visiting the area and would stay here in the future. Scott went above and beyond as a host and gentleman.

We enjoyed our week in Malcolm and Martha's beautiful house. It is larger than expected -there were five of us-and we didn't even use the dining room as the verandah and kitchen were so inviting. The setting is really lovely, lush and green. We absolutely loved hearing the birds during the day and the little coquí frogs at night. Malcolm and Martha were very welcoming and kindly let myself, my daughter and her husband stay in the house our last day as our flight wasn't until the evening. In Bermuda, you cannot hire a car as a tourist so we had to walk fifteen minutes to the grocery store and back or call a Hitch taxi to collect us. The beach is a ten minute walk away or a nicer beach is a short bus ride away. The Railway Trail is also close by which is easy to walk on away from the cars. The house, though, is very much their home. It felt more like being allowed to stay in someone's house rather than a house rental, but it's a beautiful home and we had a wonderful time.

Great location mid island close to beautiful south coast beaches and overlooking lovely Evan’s Bay. Wonderful hosts with excellent communication and Bermuda hospitality who provide everything from bus tkts to snorkel gear and kayaks to lots of helpful local tips. The apartment is equipped with everything you’ll need. Thank you Rosalyn and Marshall for a wonderful wk. We can’t wait to return!

Clean and spacious apartment on a beautiful property. Walking distance to the Loren which was great since we attended a wedding there. Samuel was very responsive and helpful. He arranged a taxi from the airport for us beforehand.

Hello Wayne, This is Odell and Chris. We had a Fantastic time as this was our first Airbnb in Bermuda. We tend to stay at Hotels and this was a fabulous choice. Your Home is so beautiful we loved the views. We also loved the ability to use pool ,dock and kayaks. We did not use them as it was a bit cool but I can imagine in summer we would definitely love to use them. The inside was everything we had hoped for. Comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed talking with you and your emails were very helpful. Our friends also said they enjoyed their stay as this was their first time in Bermuda.
