Family-friendly vacation rentals in Hamilton

This was an amazing home in such a beautiful area of New York. The views are so nice and the hot tub off the master looking out at the landscape is amazing. All the details of the house really made it feel like you are in a chalet. The shower steam feature was also great. Just a great stay and we will definitely be back. For all you Hamilton parents - this is a great find only 20 min from campus!!

We had a great stay at Matt and Kristy's Country Lodge! It’s an excellent value with a large open-concept great room, comfy seating, a spacious kitchen, scenic deck, and a nice bathroom. The master bedroom is cozy, and there are plenty of sleeping areas throughout—perfect for families. They’ve thought of everything, from clear signage to thoughtful touches that make the space feel welcoming. My kids loved exploring the trails, the waterfall area, and spotting the giant goldfish in the pond. We didn’t get to try the hot tub due to rain and chilly weather, but it looked great. Be sure to stop by their farm store—they offer fresh eggs and honey that are definitely worth picking up. The farm stand looks lovely too; we’d love to return during growing season. The entire property is super charming and clearly well cared for. Highly recommend!

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

Matt & Kristy’s homestead is gorgeous. It was such a pleasure to be able to stay in such a pretty place during my Syracuse trip. I had a couple of small issues with the heat/hot water, but they were very quick to respond and make it right. It was worth it for such a lovely place and cozy camper. The bed was so comfy too!

Alex was an excellent host, communicative from start to finish. The house was lovely and perfect for three sets of parents visiting their kids at Colgate. It was comfortable and clean with lots of style and flare and everything you could need in the kitchen. Alex was also very understanding of a spill (tomato sauce on the dining room rug) and our attempts to clean it. A great all around and comfortable experience!

I visited with bunch of my friends and it was the most amazing place. The entire property is well maintained and clean. You experience the tranquil environment and its soo peaceful place to relax. Thank you casey for hosting us.

We stayed at Rebecca's one night for a concert at the JMA dome and the location was perfect! It looks just like the pictures very clean and cozy! A walkable road if you bring a dog. She even messaged me shortly after we left to let me know I forgot my coffee cup which I greatly appreciated !!! We would definitely stay there again when we're in the area! Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our time at this location. The hosts were very responsive when we needed them. During our stay the toaster over was not working. They dropped off a new one within 10 minutes! Fantastic. Thanks for the great stay.

excellent house for a small group visiting for a week. Close to ASV and downtown. enjoyed hanging out on the front porch, and watching the occasional deer early in the morning.

We recently stayed at Tom’s house while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. Tom greeted us upon arrival, offered us great recommendations, provided a tour of the house and any details we would need for our stay. The house and property is generous and peaceful. We felt right at home. It was a seamless ride to CASV, Cooperstown and Oneonta. Make a point to stop at Weaver’s farm for fresh bread, baked goods, deli, grilling items and any other essentials you may need. We highly recommend Tom’s house and would absolutely rent again when we are in the area.

Very responsive host. Walkable to downtown with lots of restaurants. Clean and comfortable apartment. Nice location for All Star Village games.

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

We had a great stay here during our baseball tournament. It was minutes away from our fields as well as a short walk to multiple great restaurants, plus a bonus having a convenience store a few steps away. The home was super cute, clean and comfortable. We had 2 families sharing the home and we were very comfortable. I would note that the pool is down the street and is a city pool. This shouldn't deter you, but something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We had a quick question during our stay and had a reply super quick. Very great people to work with. We were staying at this rental because our son was playing at Cooperstown All Star Village for the week. We received quite a few notifications leading up, and even including an earlier check-in time. Everything that we needed was available to us, and we truly felt at home. Would definitely rent from them again if we end up coming up here again for one of our other sons. And the added pens, when we arrived where I hit with my younger boys. Thank you so much!
