Very lovely decorated, clean and central house. It had everything we needed and we right away felt home away from home staying at Jessica’s house. Given the proximity to our family it was the ideal location and the house is waking distance to town and other shops. Jessica was kind and very responsive. Having stayed in other properties in Warrington over the last years this one was certainly our favorite and we will be back.

Clean neat and tidy place . No disturbance from the traffic even though by the main road.Bed rooms are big and silent. Spacious clean bathroom with all toiletries. Well stocked kitchen. Parking infront was so easy. Will be happy to stay there in future. Lyn is a great host who was very happy in answering our queries in no time. Will always recommend. Thank you Lyn.

This place is amazing if you want a clean and safe place to stay. Runcorn itself doesn't offer much for tourists, BUT it close to everything, and super safe neighborhood. We loved it.

Ley and Sam’s place was perfect for our team working away, we will definitely be in touch when they are back in the area. We have had two very disappointing stays of recent in the Liverpool area, however this place exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Ley and Sam

Gareth is very friendly Ask him questions and he will answer all of them clearly. There is also a trampoline in the garden, which is suitable for children game For friends' gatherings, the place can accommodate up to four guests. We borrowed the large BBQ utilities for cooking. Gareth help us to setup everything and supplier cooking fork and equipment.🙏🙏 The most appreciated thing is that it is only a 2-minute walk to the supermarket. Wi-Fi speed and hot water supply are stable. Gareth is very nice and prepared milk in the refrigerator. Fixing my first morning breakfast. And corn flakes also well prepared. Coffee, milk tea, lemon tea, everything is ready.❤️ I am so enjoy to stay In this town. Safe and silent and comfort. 👍👍 Even, I drive to Liverpool and Manchester in a reasonable driving distance.🥰 There are two parking places for me. Very good 👍👍👍 Next trip, I consider to book this place. ❤️
