Absolutely beautiful home. Everything you need there and immaculately presented. Great for easy access to local hotspots and walks too. Hot tub was lovely with towels provided. Lots of helpful information and host was really responsive with my questions before arrival. We used for a girls (over 50’s!) weekend but would be perfect for families too.

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at this lovely place in Lancaster towards the end of May. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from the comfortable bed to the well-stocked kitchen. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and the surrounding countryside. The location is quiet but still very convenient — just a short walk or drive from shops, restaurants, and some beautiful walks. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and they were really welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Lancaster and would happily stay again!

Overall we had a great stay at the coach house, a group of us celebrated a birthday with a quiet weekend and it was perfect. The place was clean and peaceful, the surrounding area and views were lovely. The hosts’ were very responsive and helpful. The facilities were great and the location was easy to find. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing spot with a cosy feel, this will be great. There isn’t much near by but there are great locations within short driving distances.

My partner and I had the best couple of nights away at Ash Bank. Great location, with only a short and cheap uber ride into the centre. The house was perfect, interior was incredible and Vanessa provided all the added extra touches to make it so homey. The hot tub in the garden is bonus too! Vanessa is a PERFECT host, fantastic communication and super thoughtful leaving a card and bottles for our anniversary. We will definitely be coming back to stay and making it a regular thing!

We had the loveliest weekend at this cottage! Deborah was so lovely and hospitable, the place was spotless and perfect for a weekend get away with the hot tub! We had a great time and would 100% recommend! Came from Manchester on the train and was easy to travel to. Thanks so much for our stay!!

Was a great little weekend away! A great location, the hot tub and pool was amazing, had sheep come over whilst swimming too which was a great highlight! There was actually more than listed for example towels were provided and an iron!

Beautiful property. Everything you needed in the kitchen , you don’t need to take anything at all. Spotless bathrooms Lovely themed bedrooms. Cute and quaint. Robes and towels for the hot tub were great and I loved the hot tub after walking all day , I just popped my earphones on and chilled listening to an audio book. Heaven!!! So much to do and see locally. Download the map on The Crown pubs’s website for short or long walks from the property , unfortunately as we were there in Feb the pubs had limited opening , so we’ll just have to come back in summer ! Hosts were lovely, friendly and helpful. And the Donkeys ……. Well everyone loves donkeys don’t they? We did .

Hosts were very welcoming, location was easy to find, amenities were great and overall it was a fantastic stay. Highly recommend staying here for a nice weekend away.

Absolute gem of a place, had everything to make you feel at home. Location was perfect just a few minutes walk to the beach. Helen and Alex are amazing hosts with great attention to detail to make your stay just the best ❤️

We come up from London for a christening. We needed a place to stay. When I come across Kate’s place. I fell in love. It was everything and more. I straight away felt at home the beds were so so comfortable. The place was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Absolutely worth every penny. Excellent location when visiting delightful Lytham. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was especially handy having the allocated parking space.

Lynne's place was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations! You always think, when looking at pictures, that it won't really look like that, they've just taken the 'best' photographs, but certainly not in this case - what you see is what you get! Additionally, this beautiful home is of a very high specification and moreso surrounded by amazing views. This really was a much needed escape to the beautiful countryside! Thank you, Lynne, you have great taste!

We had a very enjoyable stay and at Lorraine's recommendation spent time discovering Whalley. Very convenient for walks and the Co-op in Whalley was handy for food shopping. Plenty to do in the day and evenings. If no one wants to drive a convenient bus service too takes you in to Whalley. It was nice to have a house which had such a beautiful view from the garden.

Thank you so much to Gill and Tom for a lovely stay. The coach house was beautiful, cosy yet spacious and had everything we needed. It was immaculate and well looked after, a real home from home. The local pub/restaurant with a stunning views of the estuary is only a stones throw away and the coach house looks out onto a field giving it a lovely rural feel whilst still being close to local amenities. Gill and Tom are really lovely, friendly, kind people and couldn’t do enough for us. We will be booking again and also recommending to family and friends. Thank you Gill and Tom ❤️

Our second stay and everything about the home and the host was perfect - would give it 6 stars if we could.

A beautiful cottage in a peaceful countryside location. 20 minutes to Blackpool, just a little further to Lytham & St Anne's. Cottage was spotless, the beds very comfy as were the pillows. Gemma very friendly, gave advice regarding the local area. She even sent a message the night before we left that there was no rush to be out in the morning. The milk, beers and snacks were very much appreciated on our arrival. I would highly recommend this property!!!!

Cottage is really nicely decorated and very comfortable, with all the appliances you could need. Very lovely area, with just a short walk to the village which has a nice variety of places to eat and places to get a drink. Very pretty view of the viaduct too, would definitely visit again.

My family came over from Portugal to visit and stayed at little Cobbes for a week. They had a lovely stay and were made to feel at home. Everything was spotless and the cottage had everything you would hope for. The hosts were very acomodating and we would definitely book them in the future again!

This is our third stay at Emma's place and we always love it and the village with our dogs. looking forward to coming back if she'll have us!

What a beautiful cottage! It retains all the charm of its long history, while offering up-to-the-minute amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and pristine, with fresh white linens, and everything you need and more to begin your stay. Behind the house is a private garden and terrace, overlooking miles of fields and trees. We found peace and tranquillity here.

Catherine's cottage was a pleasure to stay at. The cottage was clean and very well presented and the garden area has seating which is perfect for an evening vino or a morning cuppa. Croston is picture perfect, a short walk to a handful of lovely pub/restaurants, a boutique cocktail bar and an Indian restaurant. A short walk takes you to the river and church, very pretty. Our weekend stay ticked all the boxes, for a busy couple wanting to switch off for 48hours , this cottage, host and village were perfect. There is a shop a few yards away, and a sports bar with cricket pitch and terrace, so we chilled watching a match with drinks. Private parking place also, look forward to returning.
