Spend a pleasant stay in this small studio which is 24m2, very simple but comfortable accommodation. The back view is superb , the area is known for its beautiful hikes . Many tourist places nearby, Château de Feluy, Château de Seneffe, Nivelles and its Collegiate Church, the Ronquières inclined plane, not to mention Waterloo... Nothing is far away in Belgium, Ittre is almost in the center! Brussels is about 35 km away, same for Mons, Namur 65 km,... etc.

This apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay. In a green setting, in the center of Belgium, close to all highways, a part of our 70's house has been converted into a studio with all modern conveniences and comfort to accommodate 2 adults and a baby / child: tv, high speed internet / Netflix, king size bed, washing machine / dryer, WC dressing, walk-in shower, complete kitchenette ... Totally privatized (entrance, parking, garden, terrace), without vis-a-vis your privacy will be respected.

My self-catering place is in a great location. Verdant, quiet and close to the train station(30 min to Centre de Bruxelles, 20 min to Charleroi). A stone's throw from the Waterloo Lion. A few shops including 2 Delhaize are a 5-min walk away. Restaurants within walking distance as well. Parking is easy and free. The area has charming towns such as Nivelles(5 min), Waterloo( 8 min), Ittre (10 min). The small garden for smokers is a plus!
