We really enjoyed our stay - everything inside was lovely, very clean, and recently updated. Two nice size bedrooms and a third with a double bed and upper bunk. Well stocked kitchen . Decent size bathroom with tons of towels - including beach towels. Outside there was plenty of space and stairs to a sandy beach - which was great for hanging out. There were kayaks but it was too breezy to use them. I imagine that it’s hard to keep the outside clean with the sea gulls. The decking and Adirondack chairs needs cleaning as do the gutters, shed, and landscaping needs work. I was most surprised that the check in manual said to bring our own drinking water as the water from the taps was good for dishes and showers. There was only 1/2 of a large bottled water on site. All of the bottled water for drinking should be provided as we spent a lot of additional money for drinking water and making coffee, ice cubes, etc. it didn’t stop our enjoyment of the property - just something to be aware of.
