위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 속초중앙시장까지 걸어서 5분정도로 시장구경하기 좋았고, 청초호 호수 공원까지 걸어서 15분 걸려서 아침에 강아지와 산책하거나 밤에 야경 보러 가기에도 너무 좋았습니다. 숙소는 청결했고 주차장도 있어서 편했습니다. 방에서 설악금강대교가 보이면서 풍경도 너무 좋았습니다. 강아지 용품은 기본적인건 준비를 해주셨지만 개인적으로 챙겨간 용품 사용했습니다. 머무는 동안 편안하게 있다 가서 재방문 의사 100%입니다. 방에 청소기 하나 비치되어 있다면 더 좋았을것 같습니다.

Simple apartment, very clean and in a great location. Be aware that the parking garage is a big challenge, although our hosts were very communicative about that and we were able to find an affordable parking lot right nearby.

마침 체크인할때 호스트분을 마주쳐서 인사했는데 친절히 도와주셨습니다. 실내 컨디션도 너무 좋았고 욕실상태, 부엌 및 냉장고 상태, 침구 침대 모두 좋았습니다. 이렇게 좋은 상태가 계속 유지 되었으면 하는 바람입니다. 또한 소음도 없었고 바다 뷰도 너무 좋았고 편의점에 있어 편리했습니다. 엘리베이터가 홀짝 각각 한대라서 실제 1개만 사용해야해서 걱정했는데 나름 빠르게 운행했습니다. 추가 비용이 있었지만 주차 서비스도 좋았습니다. 주변에 맛집이 많은 것도 추가 장점 중하나입니다. 재방문의사 있습니다. 좋은 숙소 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다.

오래된 건물이지만 방은 신경써서 관리한다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 침구와 욕실 깨끗했어요 다음에 또 속초를 간다면 다시 이 숙소에 가도 좋을 것 같아요

신년을맞아 세부부가 동반으로 여행을 가기로하고 숙소룰고르며 고심을 많이했어요 사진과 틀린곳도 많고해서요 하지만 보리콩이네는 사진과 같아요 집이 너무 깨끗하고 문을 열었는데 너무 따뜻했어요 식기류 양념들도 하나 부족함없이 다채워져있었고 부족하지읺게 준비해놓으신 침구류는 진짜 최고였어요 퇴실힐때뵌 주인분도 너무 친절하셨답니다 다들 나오면서 숙소 너무 좋았다고 엄지척하고 나왔어요 또 뵙길 기대합니다

사진에서 보는 것 같이 아름답게 인테리어가 되어 있었고, 청결도 역시 아주 우수했습니다. 특히 확장한 베란다에서 햇볕 맞으며 쇼파와 해먹 등에 각자 널부러져 책 보다 수다 떨다 하는 잉여시간이 침 좋았습니다. 위치는 바로 바다랑 편의점 앞이라서 불편할 것은 없었고 다만 성수기에는 조금 시끄러울 수는 있겠습니다. 서핑을 배우기에 좋은 환경이고 추천해 주신 곳에서 잘 배웠습니다. 모든게 다 도보로 가능해서 좋았고 죽도해변 자체가 개인적으로는 참 맘에 들었습니다 =) 아! 마지막으로 침구가 아아아아아주 포근합니다. 호텔보다 좋아요!

Nice and cozy place, it was about a 10-15mins walk from the bus terminal! Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The only downside is that during showers, the temperature may fluctuate here and there (warm cold warm cold) so I had to keep adjusting. Thankfully the floor was heated.

기사문해변200미터 근처라좋고 주차도 바로 근처넉넉하고 바로옆에 편의점이있어 이것또한좋았습니다. 단체로갔는데 방들도 생각보다 많고 이불이 뽀송하고 냄새가 안나서좋았습니다. 9명이서 넉넉히 편하게잤습니다. 수건이 아주넉넉했습니다. 마당에서 고기 편하게 구워먹었습니다. 잘놀다갑니다. 단체숙소 추천해요

숙소 사진과 설명이 똑같습니다! 뷰는 사진보다 훨씬 더 좋았어요. 숙소가 고층인데다가 테라스 앞에 건물이 없어서 뻥 뚫린 바다뷰가 아침저녁으로 정말 좋았고, 속초아이랑 편의점이 바로앞이라 도보로 이동하기 편했습니다. 침구가 깨끗하고 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 필요한것들만 있고 잡동사니가 전혀 없어서 이부분에 굉장히 만족했습니다. 전체적으로 아늑하고 쾌적해서 별점 다섯개가 아까울정도에요.

7개월 아기랑 방문했습니다 아기를 위한 아기의자 샴푸앤바디워시 젖병세정제 아기욕조 아기의자 등 다 구비되어있었고 너무 어려 사용할 일은 없었지만 아기식기도 다 구비되어있었어요 빈손으로 가도 될정도로 모든 비품들이 다 구성되어있어 너무 편안하게 지내고 올 수 있었어요 호스트분도 아기있다고 배려를 해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다 다음에 또 방문하고싶은 곳이었어요!
