The apartment is located in the heart of Dar Dalya, between the ground floor above the amazing garden and the 2nd floor above, with the vegetation hanging from the balcony above, entrance to the apartment through the original marble stairs of the house that we preserved during the renovation and the entrance facade is decorated with stone, a bougainvillea pot with blossom and intoxicating scent will await you at the entrance every time you leave or enter the apartment, a balcony with lots of vegetation in a variety of scents and blossoms, a fully equipped kitchen, a pleasant living room and inviting to a relaxed sitting next to a large window that opens to the balcony and the view, you will sleep in two spacious and cozy bedrooms, the master bedroom has a soft and pleasant parquet floor.

Sultana is a studio apartment with Crusader and Ottoman arches, a 12-foot high ceiling, and historic stonework. It is situated in a 19th century building in the heart of the Old City of Acre, a World Heritage City, and is part of Alma's complex. The Complex offers three luxurious units and an intimate patio for socializing and resting. We are located steps away from the market, the port, and a thriving culinary scene. The house is 15 minutes walk from Kiryat-Motskin & Kiryat-Haim train stations. The house is close to (300 meter) from Haifa bay . You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood is 5 min walk from the beach, the light, the kitchen, the garden. My place is good for families (with kids).
