This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Welcome to our cozy and peaceful house where the whole family can relax. The house, which is only 15 minutes from central Stockholm and 5 minutes from Täby C, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a TV room, a large kitchen, a dining room, and two dedicated work spaces. Direct access from the kitchen and living room to the enclosed patio and terrace with a large lovely hot tub for 6 people. The house is perfect for couples and families. Fiber broadband 500/500, and charging station for the car.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Lovely surroundings on a large horse farm near nature reserve. Heated pool. Private composting toilet in the cottage and an outdoor shower, but a laundry room and shower, and water-flushing toilet are available by arrangement in our house. Note: The pool is closed in autumn and spring depending on the weather, as is the outdoor shower. We are closed in the winter
