Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

This is a two bedroom apartment, located over the garage/breezeway and kitchen our primary home where my wife and I live. I recently remodeled the kitchen and bedrooms, and completely furnished it. Entry is separate via an outside set of stairs. Heat is gas hot air, cooling is via window AC Units. About 35 minutes to Saratoga Springs, the Track, Performing Arts Center. 10 Minutes to Union College. There is only a shower stall. No bathtub.

Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.

Lakefront property on Galway Lake. Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 full baths sleeps up to 6 people and has a deck overlooking the lake. Guests will enjoy the tranquil setting, yet will be close to historical Saratoga Race Track and other attractions. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located at the end of a dead end street near woods and wildlife. The road is designed for casual walks or a short bike ride. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee to start the day, while the fire pit in the back yard is exactly what is needed to finish the day. The home is only 35 min from Saratoga and U of Albany!

Lovely flat two blocks from downtown where you'll find the oldest courthouse in the country and the birthplace of Elizabeth Cady Stanton. Our home is just 30 miles from Saratoga Springs. It's also a short drive to the Adirondack Park with excellent hiking trails, the Great Sacandaga Lake, and Caroga and Canada Lakes for boating, fishing, and swimming.
