There is a private staircase to the lake, so you can swim or stand-up paddle in the lake right outside the door. Our house can accommodate up to 8 people and is located 3 minutes by car from Lehnsahn and 15 minutes from Grömitz. It has a large garden overlooking the horse paddocks and is absolutely quiet.
