This first floor apartment is wonderful- homey, well equipped, on a quiet friendly street with lots of greenery, peaceful and easy. Parking was a breeze in a well marked space and the location is convenient to all things in and around Easthampton and Northampton, with good walking destinations, restaurants, and more. Rocky has many thoughtful touches and the kitchen was so well outfitted, I was sorry I didn't stay longer to do some cooking there!

Elisa was super helpful and accommodating. We had a very enjoyable stay and felt very rested and comfortable. Truly felt like a home away from home. If we are back in the area we will 100% try and stay here again.

What a gem in Northampton! Walkable to town, beautifully renovated, and spotless. Andrew and Agnes were wonderful and responsive hosts, and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The furnishings, how they’re arranged are all very thoughtfully chosen and placed. Kitchen is small but functional and has exactly what you need to prepare simple meals. Bathroom is unusual, spacious and simply detailed, featuring a large copper soaking tub. The hosts- we mostly saw Jim- were helpful yet respectful of privacy. We would happily stay here again!

Quick and easy to get in, clean and had the right amenities for us. Individual AC per room with really big rooms was a huge plus. The area is definitely a ~45 minute drive from any actual cities but I cannot fault them for that, we chose this as a halfway point between two cities we were visiting. If you like rustic small towns it's the place for you.

Staying at Jeri's place was a spur of the moment "stay-cation" for me to get a little rest & relaxation away from home. I reached out fairly late at night to book & Jeri was very responsive & flexible on having me check in last minute. I've stayed a lot of Airbnbs/cabins & I can honestly say that none have been as well stocked as Jeri's. Tons of spices, condiments, ziplocs, pots/pans/bake wear, toiletries, & even fresh eggs, milk and maple syrup to go with the pancake mix that was provided. The funny thing is that I have a lot of food restrictions so I wasn't able to eat any of it but I genuinely appreciated the thoughtfulness. There were even dog bowls, a bed & treats for my chihuahua which was especially sweet! Very, very clean! Everything was spotless. This is a very well taken care of AirBnB. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The chickens were so cute & the garden is very impressive. It's a beautiful and peaceful spot. Jeri was great to talk to! I will definitely be back. :)

I could not recommend this enough. The right mix of updated and original. Kitchen was fully redone and lots of space. The back gardens were great and we would walk into town daily. Very close to Smith College. 4 out of 4 stars!

Super clean, quiet and comfortable with lots of great touches. We didn’t get the best weather for lake life but the house made up for it nicely. Look forward to staying again someday!

I've stayed at many air bnb's and this is my favorite. The house is inviting, warm, beautiful and comfortable. It provided a wonderful environment to rest and renew. The kitchen is filled with light and looks out onto the yard which is green and host to lovely birds and bird song. The patio was also inviting and comfy for a meal or to sit with a cup of tea/glass of wine and unwind or read a book. The neighborhood is vibrant, safe and within easy walking distance to downtown. The host Louisa has paid attention to every detail to ensure an easy and very comfortable stay. i highly recommend!!!

Perfect stay! Walking distance to breakfast and close to nearby attractions. The house was spotless and comfortable.

We were three couples coming together for a college reunion in the area. The house fit our needs perfectly with plenty of space to relax and cook. The fireplace was a godsend during a May nor'easter. Victoria left detailed instructions and welcomed us with thoughtful touches like popcorn and local restaurant recommendations. We just can't recommend it enough if you're looking in the area. Our only regret was that we were unable to enjoy the outdoor fire pit given the weather.

Very cute apartment and more than what we needed for a one night stay on a wedding weekend! The downstairs has a charming sitting room and spacious kitchen with fridge, stove, and laundry. The stairs were a bit steep so be cautious! Upstairs a comfy soft bed with window AC and a large bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower. Jennifer was very nice about our last minute request to check in early to change for a 4 PM wedding. We would stay here again if we come back to the area! Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful time at Johanna’s home. The inside was lovely and as described - although it was hard to pay attention to anything inside when the view through the window was so breathtaking. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to use, and Johanna was very kind and responsive. I recommend to anyone looking to get away.

The home was perfect and the location was great to use as a base to explore fall colors and the small towns of southern Vermont .

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

A Perfect Stay at Elisa's! Elisa's place was absolutely magical! Located in a charming yet convenient resort, this beautifully designed space instantly felt like home. Yulia's place was the perfect spot for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. Was even great for an infant! It was comfy and cozy! Loved the patisserie downstairs and the town. Highly recommend!

Ashley has a great place!! It was a fantastic place to visit with my friends and reminisce. Weirdly, this rental turns out to be the place my great grandparents lived and did business as my grandma grew up. I did not have any ghostly contact with my relatives in the apartment (I was kind of hoping and not hoping to see them 😂), but I still had such a meaningful time sitting in the spaces they did so many years ago. Ashley is an excellent host and I will come here again next time I “come home”. 😊

Katie's place was great--very stylish, conveniently located, and well maintained/cleaned. Loved the renovation of the older building to create a contemporary space while incorporating some of the historic beams and brick work into the design. The living area and kitchen were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable. It was great to have a dedicated parking space. The street is busy and well lit, so we were happy to have ear plugs and eye shades when trying to sleep. The location is convenient to MassMOCA and some great restaurants. All in all, a fantastic stay!
