In our quiet apartment overlooking an inner courtyard, you can escape the noise of the city, and when you step out of the building, you’ll find yourself right in the heart of the downtown bustle. To ensure the peace and quiet of the residential community, hosting visitors and conducting business activities are strictly prohibited.

Enjoy the serenity of a stylish newly designed accommodation close to this center! You can leave your car in a gated courtyard parking lot. The city center is 8 minutes walk, the train and bus station is 7 minutes away. The apartment consists of a more spacious living-dining-kitchen space, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The sofa can be converted into a double bed, so you can bring your children. TV channels and Netflix are also available, Wi-Fi is free. The apartment is air-conditioned. You can find a cafe-breakfast place within a 2-minute walk.
