The word 'Jann' means 'to flow smoothly' and is used twice in the name 'JannJann'. As the name implies, we hope that the time of conversation that flows smoothly during the trip can be a good memory for everyone. I think about the colors and scents of the city every time I travel, so I decorated the point of Janjan in blue. Janjan divides the yard into two based on the flowerbed, and on the second floor, there is a balcony space that connects the outside and the inside, and through the large folding door on the balcony, you can fully feel the seasonal feeling of Gangneung and the coziness of the neighborhood. Janjan aims to live in harmony with local culture and locality. And the guests who visit here also become the subject of breathing life into the local culture. As an interior design major, I built a small house with a long-standing desire for architecture. It's a unique house that was also featured in a magazine. It is a modern and fun structure with white and wood tones, and each of the first and second floors has a bathroom, and is disconnected from the outside, giving points to be designed to be quiet and light and breeze.The view from the second floor, the sunlight, and the wind are exotic and serene, creating a special sensibility. On the small terrace on the first floor deck, you can feel the relaxation and healing with the trees and plants that change naturally every season.

The birth of 'Golmala' dates back to 1938. The wooden structure, which has endured for 86 years, had many places to touch, as some parts had collapsed. The pillars of the hanok were preserved as much as possible, and the missing parts were replaced to match the past and the present in the wooden structure. All indoor spaces have been carefully designed to visually communicate with the outdoor courtyard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the most cozy place in this house. This is a small new building in a quiet residential area 5 minutes from Gangneung Station.My major was interior design, so I was interested in architecture.I saw such a long-standing aspiration in a romantic house. A modern and fun-style duplex building built with a combination of white tones and wood, each with its own bathroom on the first and second floors, and pointed to the design to make sure the light and breeze work while being perfectly blocked from the outside. The view from the second floor, sunlight and wind are exotic and special, so it is quiet. The blooming in the small garden on the first floor deck is in the flowers. I think you can forget about your daily life for a while and relax to wash your mind.
