An old house in Gangneung that reminds you of your childhood home life. I wanted to create a space that embodies the modern lifestyle of workation while still feeling local. The word 'Jann' means 'to flow smoothly' and is used twice in the name 'JannJann'. As the name implies, we hope that the time of conversation that flows smoothly during the trip can be a good memory for everyone. I think about the colors and scents of the city every time I travel, so I decorated the point of Janjan in blue. Janjan divides the yard into two based on the flowerbed, and on the second floor, there is a balcony space that connects the outside and the inside, and through the large folding door on the balcony, you can fully feel the seasonal feeling of Gangneung and the coziness of the neighborhood. Janjan aims to live in harmony with local culture and locality. And the guests who visit here also become the subject of breathing life into the local culture. The birth of 'Golmala' dates back to 1938. The wooden structure, which has endured for 86 years, had many places to touch, as some parts had collapsed. The pillars of the hanok were preserved as much as possible, and the missing parts were replaced to match the past and the present in the wooden structure. All indoor spaces have been carefully designed to visually communicate with the outdoor courtyard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the most cozy place in this house. We hope you experience the meeting of the past and the present during your stay at 'Golmala'. We have provided a guide to the history of 'Golmala', nearby restaurants, bars, and cafe information. It was officially opened as a Hanok experience accommodation business at the end of January 2023.

Gangneung with the sea, mountains, and lake Sosoheon is located near Ojukheon and Gyeongpo Ogeori. A quiet private house under a quiet mountain full of pine trees. Sosoheon is a place where my grandfather, who was a carpenter, was built by his parents, and remodeled an old-ok wooden house full of memories that his family has lived for more than 40 years. Once you're in Sosoheon, you'll be able to easily find out how old you are. In Sosoheon, I want to share this space for those who can make memories with their lovers, family, and friends, and enjoy contemplation and rest and care for their owners.

It is a small two-story single-family house located on the hill of Hongje-dong, a quiet old city in Gangneung. Wind is on the first floor of a two-story house. It is a good guesthouse for quiet healing. You can also walk downtown. (Cooking is not allowed; General food packaging, eating is possible; Snow crab, pork belly, and meal kits are not allowed to eat)
