Check-in and check-out time: Check-in 3pm, Check-out 11am AMENITIES: It is a duplex structure with a queen bed on the first floor and a super single bed on the upper floor. Equipped with a system air purifier, system air conditioner, washing machine, induction, fridge, smart TV (Netflix, YouTube), free Wi-Fi, balloons and event tools for a simple birthday party. It is a new apartment with a system air conditioner that cools in summer and heats well in winter, so you don't have to worry about hot water. Short-term guests use the paid parking lot. Hello ☺️ Our accommodation is a 5-minute walk from KTX Dongdaegu Station and Shinsegae Department Store ~ When parking your car, you must use the parking tower or the underground parking lot that goes down the elevator.(Carnival, vans, large SUV, and loop carrier arrival vehicles are not allowed to park) You need to operate the parking tower by yourself, so you can see the instructions next to the parking tower and operate it slowly ~ You have to watch Netflix with your personal account ~ In our accommodation, you can't grill meat or fish, so the frying pan is not prepared. (In case of violation, the guest's cancellation fee the next day) is incurred! All pots and other cooking utensils are prepared ~ My place is not a party area. It is possible to have a good time with a little refreshments and drinking, but please refrain from damaging the surrounding residents while drinking until late in the evening. It is non-smoking in the accommodation, and there is a penalty of 100,000 KRW for smoking, so please understand this (guest cancellation fee will be incurred the next day).

It was comfortable because of the time adjustment and quick response. As soon as I entered the accommodation, it smelled good, and the air conditioner was turned on in advance, so I was able to relax comfortably. The hot water came out well, and there were plenty of towels and disposables to use during the 2 nights and 3 days. I was surprised by the variety of things that were provided, so I could go with nothing! The night view was great, and the location of the accommodation was so great that it was comfortable. I stayed with my mother, and I was very satisfied. It was a satisfactory accommodation except for the slippery floor in front of the bathroom. I have to go to Daegu at least twice a year, and this is the accommodation I want to stay in every time. I was worried a lot about whether I could book it at first because the photos were only close-ups, but it was a good choice. :- )

The location of the accommodation is really good! There were small items like shampoo, conditioner, foam cleansing, oil, and cotton, so I didn't have to carry a lot of luggage. Every time I go to Daegu, my family uses it, and there are a lot of bedding, and it's so clean and tidy. The family of four used it well without any inconvenience ^ ^
