Damoa House is a space for families to stay, and it is a Yes Ski's Zone and a space for pets to stay together. We have prepared 4 beds so that our guests can rest as comfortably as possible. You can't see citrus trees outside the large living room window, but the views of the fields, that you can't see in the city center, will give you a little break from your tiring daily life. Although it is on the second floor, as it is a commercial house, children can play as much as they want in the house. Since it is located along Gangneung-daero, it is advantageous to visit. Gyeongpo Beach, Gangmun Beach, and Anmok Coffee Street are very accessible within 5 minutes by car. Also, there are many restaurants and attractions within a 10-15 minute walk, such as Chodang Tofu Village, Toomaru Café, Donghwa Garden, famous for Sundubu Jjambbong, Poongnyeon Ribs, famous for raw ribs, Chodang Cheomtteok, famous for grilled tteok, and Wonder Sky, where you can enjoy exchanging views regardless of age. ➡️Fast entry is not allowed. 어릴 적 주택 생활을 떠올리게 하는 강릉의 오래된 주택. 이곳에서 로컬을 충분히 느끼면서도 워케이션과 같은 현대의 라이프 스타일이 담긴 공간을 만들고자 했습니다. ‘졸졸 흐른다’는 의미의 ‘잔(潺)’이라는 한자를 두 번 사용한 ‘잔잔’은 이름처럼 여행 속 잔잔하게 흐르는 대화의 시간이 모두에게 좋은 추억으로 남을 수 있기를 바라는 마음을 담았습니다. 저는 여행할 때마다 그 도시의 색과 향을 생각하곤 해 잔잔의 포인트를 블루로 꾸몄습니다. 잔잔은 화단을 기준으로 마당을 둘로 나뉘고 2층인 잔2 에는 외부와 내부를 연결하는 발코니 공간이 있으며, 발코니에 있는 큰 폴딩도어를 통해 강릉의 계절감과 동네의 아늑함을 충분히 느낄 수 있습니다. 잔잔은 로컬 문화와 상생하고 어울리며 살아가는 로컬리티를 지향합니다. 그리고 이곳에 방문하는게스트 역시 로컬 문화에 생기를 불어넣는 주체가 됩니다. 오랜 기간, 익숙하게 이 동네에 살아온 사람처럼 여행을 즐겨 보길 바랍니다.

Mi Poong Hill (Mi Poong) is accessible on foot from the terminal and is a 5-minute drive from KTX Gangneung Station. It is a cozy two-story detached house located on Hongje-dong hill, a quiet old city center of Gangneung. Mi-pung is the first floor of a two-story house. This is a great guesthouse to heal quietly. You can also walk to the city. (Cooking is not allowed; general food packaging, eating is possible; king crab, pork belly, meal kit, etc. are not allowed)

유투브 검색 "일제강점기 한옥이 세컨하우스로" 하시면 동영상 볼수 있습니다 ‘골말가’의 탄생은 1938년으로 거슬러 올라갑니다. 86년의 세월을 견디어 온 목조 구조는 일부 무너진 곳도 있을 만큼 손봐야 할 곳이 많았습니다. 한옥 기둥과 보는 최대한 원형 그대로를 살렸고, 도저히 살릴 수 없는 부재만 일부 교체하여 과거와 현재가 목구조에서 함께 어울리게 하였습니다. 실내의 모든 공간은 외부 마당과 시각적으로 소통될 수 있도록 신경을 썼습니다. 넓은 욕실 공간은 이 집에서 가장 아늑한 곳이 되도록 설계하였습니다. ‘골말가’에 머무르는 동안 과거와 현재의 만남을 체험하시기를 바랍니다.
