It was a great stay, and I wish I had not procrastinated. It looked like the pictures, and we didn't want to leave. We felt safe and the host was very responsive. Kenneth the house manager was very helpful while making sure that we had our privacy. The pool is one of the best private ones in Abuja. The house had everything we needed. We will certainly look to stay here again.

Charles place looks way better than what you see in pictures. It was squeaky clean and we felt right at home. The host checked on us and made sure we were comfortable. We had a dedicated staff who cleaned up and helped a lot too and made our stay easy . The estate is beautiful, clean and safe, it has a plaza and you could get a lot of stuff and services in the plaza. I was able to take walks and exercise. I have zero complaints and I highly recommend you stay with Charles.

Dinah was a great host. Always available on call and responsive, she and her staff made our stay comfortable and their house was clean and highly secure. The presence of policemen securing the gate made my team feel safe.

Calistus was helpful during my stay, he responds really quick, I enjoyed my stay.

This accommodation was an answered prayer! It was our kids' first visit to Nigeria (ages 4 & 2), so we needed a place that was clean, safe, kid-friendly, and comfortable—and this home exceeded expectations. We hosted a family reunion with grandparents, uncles, and aunties, and it was perfect. Chef Martins was the highlight—he handled meals, groceries, logistics, and even Uber/Bolt bookings. Before we travelled to Nigeria, I contacted Chef Martins to arrange dinner for us and we had a warm dinner waiting for us when we arrived. His support navigating the area was invaluable, and his kindness made our stay even better. The large washing machine was a lifesaver with kids, and we didn’t notice mosquitoes thanks to netted windows and ACs in every room. Our kids loved the kitchen veranda. The area felt safe, with a supermarket (for diapers) 10 minutes away. If you're visiting from abroad and concerned about comfort, safety & meals—this place has it all, including a chef! Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay. It was peaceful and quiet. It was perfect for me location wise as it’s not far from the airport and also not far from the city itself. Special shoutout to P the house manager who was always available via text or call if anything was needed. If I’m ever back in Abuja, this is a great place to stay as it is private and secure. 10/10 from me.

Although there were a couple of hiccups you cannot fault the team for the efforts they made to overcome them. Communication as flawless and they were available to help whenever needed. Amazing service and I will use in future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb apartment and had such a fantastic experience that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. First and foremost, the location of this apartment is simply unbeatable. I like that it is actually at the heart of abuja and literally you'll find everything right at your doorstep. Ona went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made me feel at home throughout my visit, I truly wish I had longer time to stay. As for the apartment itself, it exceeded all expectations. The space was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully decorated. Every amenity I could possibly need was provided, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy bedding and plush towels. Great place to stay, felt like was back home, the host she is awesome, on the day of checking in car broke down on my Way after a long trip from Chicago Illinois ,USA called the host she showed up picked up my family an took them to the place. She is dependable I will stay here anytime I’m around and will recommend this place to my friends and family.

The place is nice and neat. The only ish.. Was the air con is not 24hrs, and the inverter started playing up. Apart from that is a lovely apartment and a bit steep price wise.

The host was very amicable and understanding. Always responding and providing solutions to unforeseen situations. He is a wonderful host.

I enjoyed my stay, Maleeq was helpful & proactive of his guest’s needs! The space was clean & private and the neighborhood is lively, with a lot to do and access.

Great apartment, it was a good choice I made to have booked the apartment, I was worried about electricity but there was no power shortage throughout my stay cause of standby inverter… Mr Justin was very responsive, always available if you need anything.. this isn’t a paid review and I stayed 13 good days and I never regretted an hour for choosing his apartment.. The environment is secured and the estate is soo clean. I will be booking again on my next visit to Abuja if available. The apartment is more beautiful than it appears in picture, be rest assured you’ll be enjoying your stay.

The apartment was booked for my sister and nephew for a two nights of attending a meeting in Abuja. They had an issue with transportation and only arrived to the apartment 1 day later, and spent a night instead of two. They had a fantastic stay in the apartment, nothing to complain about. Thanks

This has to be one the most comfortable apartment I’ve stayed in, I felt really at home… it’s soo cozy and when you’re inside , you wouldn’t even want to go anywhere.. I’ll definitely be staying here when I’m back to town

Good location and attentive staff!!

I enjoyed my stay at Chinedus place. Aminat the apartment manager, and Matthew the housekeeper were very helpful and responsive, and made sure the apartment was regularly cleaned and any necessities taken care of. Especially loved the neighborhood - right in the city center, within walking distance to most activities in Wuse 2. Only complaint i had on arrival (lack of toiletries) was sorted soon after by the housekeeper. I'd definitely stay again when next I'm in town.

My family and I had a wonderful 10-day stay at Abubakar’s place in Cosgrove Smart Estate, Wuye, and we enjoyed it so much that we extended for an extra day. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable. Abubakar was an excellent host—responsive, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The peaceful and secure environment made it perfect for a family stay. I highly recommend his place and would definitely stay again!
