Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Gustavsberg

We felt welcome and at home in Spersbodahusen, nice days with hot baths, excursions, reading and game nights. Dark and rough in December but cozy with crackling fire in the evenings. The water in the tap is checked and quite ok but does not taste like in town, so a tip is to bring bottled water to drink if you are a little picky. Hans was very helpful, questions were answered quickly and kindly with great tips. We went to atmospheric Wira Bruk and had homemade food. We would be glad to come back!

We loved our stay at Fredrik’s place! The view across the water to Stockholm was stunning, and the train into the city was quick and easy. Fredrik was a gracious host and recommended 450 Gradi nearby—we grabbed takeout and a bottle of wine and enjoyed a perfect evening on the deck watching the boats go by. Highly recommend!

A view we will never forget! Beautiful summer house, equipped with hot tub, sauna and pool, cozy fireplace and Kamado Joe Grill we loved! Our kids enjoyed the pool, the small treehouse and the outdoor toys. Enough space with 7 people and retreats, surrounded by great nature. 3 min walk to the sea with diving board and swimming spot, as well as 20 min to a small lake (fishing and swimming). On the island there is a small grocery store and about 25 minutes the nearest large supermarket (Lidl, ICA, etc.) We had great evenings in our own pool house with fantastic sunsets! We fully recommend Niklas's place. He was always available and often inquired about our well-being. Even when we had a problem with the toilet, he organized someone who was immediately on hand despite the weekend within a few moments. Great host with a nice touch to the reception.

This is the 4th time we have stayed here, it's beautiful and we will continue to visit! Close to the city but very quiet and peaceful and relaxing. The house is lovely and Susanne has always been a great host.

We chose this cottage for a team-building retreat, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 6–7 people across its six bedrooms. The kitchen was modern, well-equipped, and a genuine pleasure to use. With dual sinks, a large stove, and a generous oven, cooking for a group was both easy and enjoyable. The dining area served multiple purposes: perfect for shared meals, productive as a collaborative workspace, and cozy in the evenings for board games. The abundance of candles throughout the house added a warm and inviting atmosphere after sunset. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. A nearby lake, 2 km away on foot, provided a swimming spot for those looking to spend time outdoors. We also made good use of the large outdoor deck, which had ample seating for dining or lounging and soaking up the fresh countryside air. The house has two modern bathrooms, both located on the ground floor. We would happily return!

We had a fantastic stay! Magdalena and Oscar were super friendly, responsive, and welcoming, so everything was easy and smooth. The house is beautiful, with a spacious garden, lovely pool, and a charming greenhouse we really enjoyed. Surrounded by stunning nature, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful time at Harry's place! The views are spectacular and the pictures don't match the real experience. The house is very cozy and all amenities one could need are there. In particular, our children loved the place and the location on the island. There are numerous spots to hide and to explore, several toys for the sea etc etc. Harry was a very responsive and generous host who helped us with all the little issues that we did come up with. We would certainly love to come back!

TL;DR: we’re already making plans for the next visit with friends Beautiful property designed for indoor outdoor living. Close to the ferry to Stockholm, a bike rental, and walkable for fit people to all other harbors, a surprisingly well stocked and fair prices super market, and two restaurants. Everyone that we met on the island was super friendly. The hosts were super responsive, helpful and fun to chat to. See you soon!

Great apartment in quiet surroundings and a nice area. Marika always responded quickly to messages and was helpful if we had any questions. Would recommend. Would love to come back some day.

Beautiful apartment in a villa by the lake. Gorgeous setting and peaceful. About a 10 minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop which connects to the metro. Drottnigham palace is a short distance away. Homemade jam butter, flowers and fruit were nice. Highly recommend if you want to be a natural setting but well connected to Stockholm.

Nathalie is a great host. Loved the neighborhood. Her place is very cozy and close to amenities and the bus stop.

Natalie was a great host, we couldn’t have picked a better place. She answered all our questions and was very easy to work with. If we are ever in Stockholm again regardless of area we need to be, we staying at Natalie’s.

Thank you to our hosts for a great stay near Stockholm. It was 20-25 minutes by car to go visit the city. The area was a nice quiet neighborhood and accommodated our family of 5. Great kitchen and space to eat together and relax. The area was great for running as well.

6 adults stayed in this house for a few days and it was amazing. We had plenty of room and the views were amazing. I would absolutely come back to Linda's place again. The island is nice for walking, swimming, and just relaxing. We took the waxholmsbolaget boat and it was very easy. Wonderful!

We stayed in the house as a family for 6 nights. We felt right at home. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and directly on a small lake. The booking and communication with Jessica went smoothly. We lacked nothing.

We felt right at home with Gustav. The accommodation is cozy and offers everything you need. The garden is beautiful and in fine weather you can find a place to sit in the sun everywhere. Gustav responds quickly to messages and helped us rent kayaks. We had a great time at the house and would come back!

An absolute gem, exactly what we hoped for, a quintessential Swedish cottage on water in the archipelago. It doesn’t get better.

Thomas’ stuga is the perfect hidden gem in the forrest- not too far from Stockholm by car (<1h) but already feeling like a retreat and cosy archipelago atmosphere. Big fan of the sauna and piano and all the different outdoors areas to enjoy barbecue. Felt like staying at a friends’ place for the weekend. Will definitely be back in the future. What a beautiful place to stay at. The house, the cabins, the sauna… everything was very well built and decorated in an exquisite, minimalistic Nordic way. To top it off, the surroundings, comprised by green pines and a small peaceful lake, were simply breathtaking. Again, the space was elegant and private, perfect for a group or a family that wants to have a very special time together. We surely did. And Liis, the landlord, was the perfect counterpart for this. Thanks a lot for opening the doors of your house, for your flexibility and for the smooth dialogue all throughout.

Quite simply this is the best air b n b we have ever stayed in. The cabin is very homely, with plenty of home comforts like children’s toys, cooking spices, plenty of bedding, crockery, blankets and outdoor seating. Immediately we felt at home and peaceful. We had the records playing on repeat! The location is lovely, secluded within the trees but easy to find. Although some have commented that there isn't a lot to do in Musko, we had a great time exploring the local lakes and taking long local walks. We loved being able to sit out on the deck in the evening by the fire pit and watch the sun set through the trees. The cabin was lovely and warm, we never felt cold, even during the evenings. Since we were travelling from overseas, it was really nice that everything like shampoo, conditioner, soap, tea, coffee etc was already provided. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we have already recommended this place to our friends and we hope to return again sometime in the future.
