Minsu vacation rentals in Gushan District

Location is superb. Really close to LiuHe Night Market, less than 5 mins walk. They offer breakfast vouchers but we just went to the shops nearby. A breakfast place is just 2 mins away. The bed was really comfortable too. Bathroom is really clean. Overall, a very good place to stay at. My mom, who is in her 60s, can climb the stairs too. It is brightly lit and spacious. Lii is also very nice and hospitable. They are always ready to guide you on directions and will fulfil your requests.

야시장이 바로 앞에 있고 환승 가능한 전철역이 도보 5분 이내에 있습니다. 소음이 방 안으로 들어오지않아 숙박 시 편안했어요. 추천합니다!

民宿位置很便利，附近有捷运、商场、瑞丰夜市。老板一家人都好贴心，来的第一天晚上下大雨，steve 还开车送我们去附近的商场吃饭，厨房有茶、咖啡供应，然后每天都能蹭到steve 妈妈的水果、零食吃，ps. Steve泡的茶好好喝

Location is next to the MRT station and the night market. Super clean, modern and convenient. The location is quite central and yet quiet. Highly recommend.

第二次居住（這次住有浴缸的房型） 自己是很臨時過年在找地方落腳 這邊位置不錯加上前一個住客臨時退房所以可以居住到 和其他住客評論過的差不多 管線及窗戶外會傳來臭味（餐廳後勤那種食物油煙累積的味道） 105號房確實有聞到。（後來和房東溝通有立刻提供空氣清新機給使用、謝謝） （但我還是自己有買除臭噴霧 一回房時加強噴一下） 半夜的時段10：00-4：00時不時會聽到有小動物在天花板及鎖起來的櫃子後方跑動的聲音。 有時會被吵醒。 （以前住104沒有太大聲響，105有這樣的狀況。） 這次居住近十幾天，可能由於過年關係所以都沒有遇到大姐進房打掃 住了十幾天沒有換床單及枕頭套、補毛巾的房間。 這間bnb經營很久了入退房方便一直很感謝有這樣的空間。 公共空間很乾淨，但房間有些角落會有老舊的痕跡、尤其是浴室濕氣多的木頭處。介不介意因人而異。 整體上位置非常的不錯、反應問題都很快獲得回應。 以後想住其他房型。（個人經驗僅供參考）

I stayed at this accommodation for 6 months while studying at NSYSU, and it was absolutely perfect for my needs. The location is ideal – just a 6-minute walk to the MRT, 2 minutes to the YouBike station, and within walking distance to Love River, Central Park, and many other central spots in Kaohsiung. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming from the very beginning. They were always responsive and made sure I felt at home throughout my entire stay. Whenever I needed something, whether it was an adapter for European appliances, an iron, or an ironing board, they kindly provided it right away. The room was very comfortable and included hotel-like amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, fresh towels, and bed linens – all provided and refreshed weekly with the room cleaning service. Shared facilities were also great: there’s a washing machine with detergent provided, a dryer, and a kitchen area equipped with a microwave. Garbage disposal was very convenient – you don’t need to wai

The host is nice and friendly and the place is decent and cozy. It is conveniently located just next to the MRT station, which takes only a few minutes walk. There are also convenience stores around the corner, where you can grab a quick bite and definitely go for a coffee in the morning before starting the journey. The neighborhood is nice and calm and you can find the best Lo Rou fan nearby too.

A wonderful place downtown, close to anything you need to get to. 7-Eleven is right across the street which made it easy for a quick trip during the typhoon. The place was incredibly clean and ready for anyone needing a personal place that feels like your own apartment. Ray even checked to make sure I was okay and reminded me beforehand to get supplies when needed and where I could easily get things, as well as helping get to public transport easily. It was an amazing stay and I should've booked for longer.

I was left speechless by the professionalism, level of care, hospitality and involvement offered by the host in this location. The room was exceptionally clean and well kept. Even better than some 5-star hotels I’ve been too. The host offered veggies 🥗 and fruit 🍉 upon my arrival. Freshly picked from the local market and was very attentive to my needs. In the morning he knocked at my door with breakfast in hand and even offered to take me to the train station 🚉 since Uber was slow that morning. Highly recommend this place. It offers a very immersive experience with very amicable host’s.
