Charming apartment of about 80 m² offering: a separate entrance, where you can leave coats and shoes. Upstairs you will find a large living area with living room (sofa bed) and a dining room, a desk area, an equipped kitchen. Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and washing machine. Towels will be waiting for you. A large bedroom with a 180 cm bed (divisible into 2 90 cm beds) and an extra bed complete the apartment.

It is composed of a living room with a sitting area with fireplace, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven... shower room and toilet. Separate floor with two large bedrooms, each with a double bed 160 and a single bed, a landing bedroom with a single bed. A family pool to share with the owners is at 28°... heated from September 20 until mid-May, the sauna and hot tub will be there for relaxation of body and mind.

My house is located in the department of Oise, in Picardy, 3 km from Noyon and 20 km from Compiègne, between Lille and Paris. It is located in the heart of a small village, surrounded by green forests. I renovated and furnished an outbuilding as a studio that is completely independent of my home. This little nest sleeps 2 people, (new sofa bed). I have private indoor parking to park your vehicle.
