We live in the large Georgian Terrace townhouse & the apartment is ground floor with separate entrance & private off road parking . This is a central property so please expect all the sounds of an apartment situated in a town !

The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a view over the rear garden and the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

There are 3 double bedrooms with en-suites and a fourth bedroom with either twin beds or double. 1 acre of garden with tranquil views with outside dining area for 8 and comfortable seating. BBQ, hot tub, shower/changing room and WC. The property is only accessible via electric gates. Cowes & Newport are 10 minutes away, Yarmouth 15 minutes.

Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

At the base of Rowridge Valley in the heart of the Isle of Wight countryside. You will find The Piglet, a great place to stay, relax and use as a base to explore the island. A cosy building with a sunny aspect and a private garden to the rear that overlooks the neighbouring countryside. Due to its location most of the island is accessible from here within a short drive. Explore the heritage castles & monuments, the beaches & surf, and family friendly parks throughout the island.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Field View Cabin

This stylish modern place to stay is perfect for a great getaway. The cabin is situated on the owners property, set back from a main road. However it has its own separate/private entrance and parking. The Cabin is designed so that the accommodation windows and private patio/sitting area all face the fields. Located centrally on the Island, less than 1 minute walk to bus access and local family friendly pub. Also a short walk to river-side cycle track.
