Summer place in Övik's archipelago

Charming cottage with magical views of the Örnsköldsvik inlet. On the terrace, you have the sun most of the day, and there you can enjoy the sunsets. Next to the patio, there is a charcoal grill available for use. Inside the cabin, you have two bedrooms & a smaller toilet. A fully equipped kitchen is available, and in the living room there are 2 couches and a TV. From the couches, you can catch a glimpse of the view. There is a trampoline on the property that may be used on your own risk. On a few occasions, the neighbor's grandchildren may be there jumping; we will inform you beforehand!

House by the sea with sauna

Cozy house located right by the sea at the northern end of Höga Kusten, 8 km outside Örnsköldsvik city center. In winter, there are tracks for cross-country skiing right outside the door (open now) as well as very high-quality track areas 5-20 minutes away by car. Our freestanding wood-fired sauna can be enjoyed all year round and in the summers there is a jetty and the possibility of swimming. A smaller 30-way road runs between the house and the sea. The accommodation is suitable as a vacation destination as well as for longer stays. Sheets and firewood are included.

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful accommodation. You live on the ground floor in a newly wallpapered and repainted furnished 3-bedroom apartment with lawn and patio outside the window. (A resident on the second floor.) The feeling is that you are staying in a separate house near the forest because the mountain ridge east of the accommodation is so close. Walking trails, ski trails connect to the property. Quiet in the area (no through road) but bus stop is 200 meters away on the main road into Örnsköldsvik. Brand new bathroom!

You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Simple cottage by the water with a hot tub and sauna!

In the best sunny location, right by beautiful Skulesjön, is this simple cottage – perfect for those who want to explore the High Coast during the day and enjoy the tranquility in the evening with a wood-fired hot tub and sauna! Five beds: one double bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. The kitchen is simply equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and running cold water. Toilet (separate) and shower with hot water are in a separate building. Please note that guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels.

This unique home lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 meters up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall. Toaster, stovetop and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel

Mvh, Simon Vi har bytt ut en hel del nya möbler i alla rum frånsett från bilderna.

Welcome to a cozy two room apartment in our house. The former hobby room and the laundry room have been given a new face with a lot of interior design and second-hand spirit. The apartment has its own entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and shower, as well as living and bedroom. The apartment is located near the city and nature. 1.5 km to the city center (good bus connections), 500 m to the Hörnsjön nature reserve, 5 km to the Nyänget beach, 20 km to the Skulekogen National Park.

Sea front house in the heart of the High Coast

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). The ferries to Ulvön and Trysunda are just across the bay. Please contact the host if you are more than 6 people to secure bed arrangements. For long term rental, please contact the host.

The loft in scenic Höga Kusten

Welcome to our newly built loft. Here you live on top of our garage, with its own entrance and views of Höglandssjön and the central parts of Örnsköldsvik. Between each guest, we check the cleaning and we want you as a guest to leave it in the same condition as you found it. Soap, dishwashing detergent and dishwashing accessories are available. Bed linens and towels can be rented for a fee of SEK 80 per person per stay.
