Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Gulistan-e-Johar

It was great stay at Zain’s place. Zain is very accommodating and responsive. Looked exactly how it was pictured. Mr. Noor is great help and available almost every time you call him. Overall great place. Youtube Premium , Netflix was a plus! Zain and Hira are great Host. Keep it up.

Saad has been a very great host and was available 24hrs. Place is very neat and clean including rooms and toilets. Apartment is at very good location in clifton Bath Island. Will always recommend for anyone.

Great place hosted by Sufyan The entrance to the building can be a little off putting as construction is happening, but the apt itself is very modern, comfortable, and clean as shown in the pictures. There is an enclosed balcony area. The place is secure, as there is always someone in the lobby area. There is parking available in the basement. Unfortunately, no gas was available but this is a citywide problem. The area is great, close to many amenities and restaurants, and easy access to Shahra-e-Faisal. The on-site manager, Zahid, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any and all requests. Of note, although there are ACs in each bedroom, the common area lacks one so this may be a problem in the hotter months. Otherwise a good place to stay when in Karachi

the location of this apartment is ideal for visitors. it's literally walking distance to the mall and the beach and a ton of food options. the apartment itself is tastefully decorated with all the necessities stocked.

For the price I cannot complain. There were some shortages in the kitchen items but reached out to the host and I am sure they will try to get them covered for the next guests. internet was great (I work in IT and had no issues connecting remotely 9 hours). electricity went out 2 times while a 3 day stay but the back generator kick up in 2 mins after each outage. so no complains. Great Hot water as described in the listing. gas geyser 6am to 9/10pm. no parking included and don't think I would park my car on the street overnight. The host was willing to accommodate parking in the building for a daily fees. The apartment is not a new construction which can be noticed but the effort to keep it up with time was noticeable. The building front appearance and entrance was nice.. but the surrounding were not so much. not so quite neighborhood as it is in/near the main city/downtown center location 12 mins from tariq road and sadar main bazar.

This place was exactly what I was looking for my month long vacation as it is safe, secure and secluded. Haider uncle and Shabnam aunty were super welcoming and were extremely helpful. Sadaf did an amazing job of keeping the place spotless clean. They made sure I felt right at home always. The complimentary breakfast was a cherry on top. My privacy was their top priority and comfort was their top priority. Staying here was a wonderful experience. If you are looking for an Airbnb to rent, you can stop searching and book this right away!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb apartment! The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the owner even provided electric appliances, ensuring that we could still cook and use the kitchen when there was no gas available. The hot water tank, which ran on both electric and gas, provided us with hot water at all times. The air conditioning units were powerful enough to make us forget about the scorching weather outside, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. What impressed me the most was the presence of a standby generator in the building, which meant we never experienced any power outages from the city. The 24-hour security in the building was also a great feature that made us feel safe and secure at all times. Additionally, the location of the house was perfect. Tania's apartment was a god send for us when were trying to find a suitable and secure location for us on a last minute trip to Karachi. She was very accommodating and flexible and prompt in her communications to us. The apartment was spacious, clean and in a perfect location and had all the amenities of a home away from home. The best thing was that my mom did not had to climb up any stairs. Her family in Karachi was also great in coordinating our check-in and check-out. Thank you Tania for being a great host. Overall, our stay was good and the apartment was comfortable. The only improvement required was cleanliness, which needed to be improved from scratch. I will be returning again to same place, because it is promised to me that for my next visit the apartment will be cleaned thoroughly Thank you

I had a perfect and relaxing stay at Syed's place. He was always very responsive to my texts and the caretaker (Mr.Murad) was very friendly too. He carried all of our stuff to the apartment and was at my beck and call always. Would definitely recommend everyone to give this place a try when staying in Karachi. Overall 10/10 experience.
