Vacation rentals with beach access in Gulf of Naples

Anna was the true definition of a 5 star host. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s over the years and don’t think I’ve come across anyone as well structured as her. She walked us through everything from the get go and helped us book excursions and transportation with zero hassle. The property was stunning and in an excellent location. Already missing the incredible balcony views. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

Fantastiskt boende i Sorrento, till och med mycket finare än på bilderna. Balkongen var magisk, vi tillbringade mycket tid på den. Så himla mysigt att bo nere i hamnen, sitta på balkongen och kika på den fantastiska utsikten över havet och Vesuvio. Pamela var kanonbra i all konversation. Hade mängder med tips om utflykter i området när hon kom och mötte upp oss vid lägenheten, vid incheckningen. Stort plus att vi fick checka in när vi kom, trots att det var flera timmar innan ordinarie incheckningstid. Kan verkligen rekommendera er som vill bo i Sorrento detta boende, allt var verkligen kanonbra.

Federica was a lovely host, communicated well and constantly provided guidance and assistance throughout our stay when needed. The place was clean and tidy. The apartment was close to the port but when the doors are closed you can't hear anything and and sleep well. Lovely place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to any questions. He gave us a heads up with a taxi strike happening on the day of our arrival to prepare us. He gave us specific instructions on how to get to his place from the airport utilizing the Allibus. He was flexible with our check-in/check-out. He also had snacks for us upon arrival. We stayed in 3 separate Airbnbs on our trip and we got the best sleep here. The place was beautiful and great location. His home had such character and matched the pictures. You felt the historical charm yet the bathrooms had a modern feel with large walk-in showers with great water pressure. The seaside was right at the corner with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all within just a minute or two walking distance. This was our favorite stop of our trip. The view from the apartment is gorgeous with a stunning view of Capri and lovely lemon trees and plantings. The unit is spacious and charming. Antonello is a friendly, responsive and informative host. Despite having read the warnings in guidebooks, we were not prepared for the challenges of driving in this area. Very narrow, winding roads with most cars showing damage from scrapping against the beautiful walls that squeeze the streets. The parking at the unit is secure but tricky. Since the house is out of town away from groceries and restaurants, etc you either want a car (scary), taxis (expensive) or use public transportation (time consuming, but bus station within walking distance).

Le logement était super, au calme et parfaitement situé pour pouvoir y accéder à pied depuis le port. Nous avons d’ailleurs tout fait à pied sur l’île depuis le logement. Giuseppe est un hôte extrêmement accueillant, qui nous a donné d’excellentes recommandations. Merci encore! Nous reviendrons à Procida et si possible chez Giuseppe. À bientôt!

Un séjour inoubliable chez Massimiliano à Sorrento! Tout était tout simplement impeccable. L’appartement était charmant, d’une propreté irréprochable, avec une salle de bain parfaite et un décor enchanteur, entouré de citronniers sur la ferme. La vue du balcon était à couper le souffle sur sorrento et la mer – nous y avons pris des soupers romantiques inoubliables. L’endroit était intime, paisible et idéal pour se ressourcer. Nous avons aussi eu la chance de nous lier d’amitié avec Ary, une personne exceptionnelle, ainsi qu’avec nos voisins. Du pur bonheur du début à la fin. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter! La passion et la gentillesse de ces gens ne peut que vous imprégner ❤️. Merci!!!

Such a wonderful stay! It was so peaceful and quiet - just beautiful! Emma was amazing from start to finish with communicating and recommending local spots. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone coming to Napoli and wanting to stay outside of the city center :) Thanks again!

Casa Caldeiro was the perfect stay and exceeded our already high expectations! The view is incredible—photos truly don’t do it justice—and the location might be the best in all of Positano. You’re just minutes from everything you’ll need, yet the apartment feels completely peaceful and removed from the bustle as soon as you step through the gates. The walk down to the apartment is also stunning. Grady was a fantastic host, offering trustworthy recommendations and making check-in and check-out incredibly easy. I highly recommend taking his referrals for porters and taxis—they made our entire stay completely stress-free. We would, without hesitation, stay here again. The value is unmatched, and we’ll gladly refer any friends visiting Positano in the future.

The views are absolutely breathtaking and the house is wonderful. You really need to take into account the hundreds of steps to and from the house, but other than that it's just wonderful!

Eine einfache, aber sehr gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Unterkunft. In der Küche war deutlich mehr als die übliche Grundausstattung verfügbar: verschiedene Gewürze, Öl, Essig, mehrere Flaschen Wasser genauso wie Kaffee und sogar Nudeln und Sauce. Im Bad gab es auch sehr gute Pflegeprodukte. Sonnenschirme und Strandtücher standen auch bereit, was sehr praktisch ist, weil man sie dann nicht von zu Hause mitschleppen muss. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Marco und seine Familie, die die unteren Etagen im Haus bewohnen, waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen oder Problemen jederzeit erreichbar - sowohl über die App als auch persönlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Da die Insel so klein ist, kann man von dort aus alle Ecken zu Fuß erreichen. Man darf natürlich keine Angst vor dem dichten Verkehr in den engen Gassen haben - auf jeden Fall ein Erlebnis ;-) Ein besonders Highlight der Unterkunft ist die Aussicht über die Insel bis nach Ischia und auf großartige Sonnenuntergänge.

Logement idéalement situé, face au port et a proximité des restaurants et moyens de locomotion. L’appartement est décoré avec goût et correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Maria è una host fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che serve, lo spazio esterno è molto gradevole e funzionale per il rientro dal mare. La posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima al mare (a piedi), alla fermata dell’autobus, a negozi e ristoranti. Raccomando fortemente!

Un logement superbe avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. La plage est à quelques minutes et le parking est un réel plus. Melania a été super gentille et nous a recommandé de bonnes adresses dans les environs. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter la côte Amalfitaine. Ce fut un voyage merveilleux. I've stayed in many Airbnb's with my family and Giorgio's home in Casamicciola was my favorite. The views and location are amazing, you will never get tired of that view! The town is very accessible and there's plenty to see nearby or by public transport/taxi. The home is quite spacious, 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for those families/groups wanting their own separate space. Giorgio is very responsive and accommodating, the perfect host!

A Dream Stay at Cherubini – A Hidden Gem with Breathtaking Views Our stay at Cherubini was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning panoramic view—a perfect blend of shimmering blue water, the charming rooftops of the town, and the majestic mountains rising in the distance. It felt like stepping into a painting. The property itself was impeccably maintained, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly peaceful. Every morning, we sipped coffee while watching the sunlight dance across the water, and in the evenings, the twinkling lights of the town below created a postcard-perfect backdrop. Cherubini is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. If you’re looking for serenity, beauty, and a true sense of place, this is where you’ll find it. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already planning our return. Also a huge thank you to Francisco for portering our three luggage bags to the house. So helpful.

Annamaria's was a gem in helping us get transportation from the airport to her place with a personal driver! She had someone meet us at the beautiful place upon our arrival. The outside balcony is the highlight of her place with a great view, beautiful flowers and a relaxing atmosphere! Thanks for helping us out with restaurant ideas in walking distance! We loved staying here!

Was such an amazing visit. The place is beautiful and was definitely the highlight of our trip. The host Giovanni was very kind to pick us up from the train station and gave us great recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would love the opportunity to come back some day!

Great stay in Salerno! The hosts were very communicative and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The apartment itself was modern, stylish, and felt quite luxurious. It’s in a convenient location—close to the beach, port, airport, and with great transport links nearby. However, even with the location, the apartment was still private and not too much noise pollution around. Plenty of amenities within walking distance, and the hosts even helped arrange our transfer to the airport. Would happily stay here again!

This was a wonderful stay! It was my first time ever visiting Praiano and this was the perfect place for my trip! Antonio was always very responsive and helpful, I asked him for local recommendations and he helped me right away. i’ve never met another host that was as nice and helpful as Antonio was! He made sure we had the perfect stay outside of just having a lovely airbnb to stay in. The place was so spacious, clean, and pretty! I loved sitting out in the balcony enjoying the views of the ocean. I felt very safe, lots of walkable restaurants/stores, and not a far walk to the main beach. We were greeted during check in and they even came to say goodbye during check out. Overall I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Praiano/Positano.

Excellent location where you will have quick access to taxis and walk to the port without having to go up and down stairs with your luggage. Francesca was very welcoming and accommodating like all of the people we have met of Naples. Thank you!

Great place to stay. A bit of a walk from Sorrento attractions and the ferry for day trips but we enjoyed the quieter neighbourhood and the local charm it offered! Apartment was clean and comfortable. Alberto was super helpful with local recommendations and always responded when there was an issue.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this home and the entire family who assisted me during my stay - they go above and beyond! From meeting me at the train station, helping me with my luggage, having an abundance of food (in the fridge, cabinet, and table), having a fully stocked home for the most comfortable stay. It was like a warm welcome into someone’s private home and with true Italian essence & charm. I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend!
