Tom fue siempre muy amable y atento. Abierto A darnos recomendaciones y estaba al pendiente. La casa está súper bien muy bonita la sala amplia cocina equipada con lo necesario no necesitas llevar alguna cosa extra. Las camas súper cómodas. Cuenta con bastantes toallas y sus dispensadores de shampoo, acondicionador. Cafetera , licuadora. Todo lo necesario. La alberca agusto templada. A mi familia y a mí nos encantó la 2 terraza con su sala y jacuzzi la vista esta padre hacía los Raizer los cuales alumbran en la noche muy suave con muchos colores. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

We had a great time. The condo was just like the photos. Nicely equipped and spacious: easily enough room for two couples. Beds and couch were comfortable. Washer and drier worked well. And the trees outside the window and balcony added a nice ambience! Situated in a lightly-populated gated complex, where the staff members are friendly and helpful. Maria was a perfect host. A 3 minute drive to Walmart and Soriana supermarkets and 5 minutes to the spectacular La Comer. One possible downside: there might be difficulty for guests with limited mobility. There is a flight of stairs from the parking area to the terrace where the building stands, and a further stairway inside the building to get to the apartment, which is on the second floor. Also the complex is situated at the top of a relatively steep hill.(When we were planning to walk to the beach or the town centre, we would drive our rental car to the foot of the hill and park it there, so we could drive back up when we returned).

Our stay at Hacienda was great! The condo has everything you need and very comfy. Beds were comfortable, nice linens and good pillows. Lots of modern upgrades and new bathrooms as well. Was a great stay and we will be back for sure.

Enjoyed staying at this condo!! Had a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms! The location is perfect for a relaxing weekend and even though there is still construction going on it did not disturb us at all we could not hear anything inside and even if we had doors open we didn’t hear noise until late morning which was awesome. Love the place and will definitely be returning soon!! I highly recommend!!

Overall had a great stay! The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook all week. We had a few issues but Fred and Manuel were quick to resolve the issues and provide information! Property also had a bartender (Dante) downstairs who offered great drinks and food! Will definitely be coming back soon!!

Nos encantó el espacio que rentamos. Muy espacioso, acogedor, cómodo y en gran ubicación con la mejor vista. Sin duda volveremos! Lo único que considero que sería bueno comentar, es que hace falta un área infantil porque nosotros siendo puros adultos tuvimos que estar rodeados de niños todo el tiempo en todos lados y no siempre se viene con ganas de eso. Hasta en el jacuzzi tuvimos que estar aguantando clavados, gritos, patadas y salpicones como si fuera la alberca. Aunque sé que no es un tema del departamento, sino del complejo y los guardias, creo que valdría la pena mencionarlo o hacerlo saber al complejo para su consideración y reglamento. Todo lo demás, excelente! Gracias a Theodore y a Olivia por su hospitalidad.
