The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

From the kitchen, you can go out on a large wooden terrace – perfect for morning coffee and dinners. 4 min. walk to the beach/water and shared swimming pool in the summer. The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking, WiFi and TV.
