Its exterior color is inspired by the design of the Blue Cottage in Western Australia, and it is built using rare American cypress wood, and is built in the nature of the mountain range. There are several hiking trails in the mountains, the log cabin is not far from Coffee Street, and there are also attractions such as the Little Ladder and Lovers Bridge nearby, which are suitable for children and adults to visit together. Bamboo House is a traditional southern Chinese courtyard house hidden in bamboo forests. With more than half of a century long history, the building was out of shape until recent years. The owner, Winston Lin returned to his home village and renovated the house he grew up in after his retirement. With careful repairing and construction, the house presents itself with traditional bamboo columns, hinoke beams, white stucco, and red bricks as well as modern floor heating, skylights and bathrooms.
