這房源室內包含客廳､廚房(提供微波爐、電磁爐)，一間浴室並有2間房間可租,一間在樓下另一間位於閣樓，同一時間只開放一組客人，以樓下優先出租｡若您有小孩(10歲以下)同行，是可以再容納1名孩童(訂房時請填兩人)，若您是三位成人或是兩個朋友一起旅行需要兩個房間訂房時人數請填3人，訂兩個房間每晚會加台幣800(約USD$25)但人數上限就是3個人。此房源位於長庚商圈，走路到林口A8捷運站約5~6分鐘，林口長庚醫院隔一路口，隔壁有家樂福，星巴克咖啡生活機能方便,搭MRT下一站A9站有outlet,影城等,搭車到台北車站約30分鐘。房源空間此房源浴室內有洗髮精、沐浴乳、大浴巾、小毛巾皆有，但沒有配備牙刷之類的個人用品，請自備。其他注意事項 1.連續住宿者為怕打擾住客及環保所以中間並無清掃和換床單，但會準備幾套乾淨的床單被單枕套及浴巾。本大樓B1有垃圾集中處，可把垃圾集中於此處。 2.本房源並無提供洗衣機，但附近有多家自助洗衣店可利用。 3.閣樓房間高度較低成人會感覺比較有壓迫感,當然若您不在乎,閣樓也備有雙人床也可以睡成人是沒問題的。 3.最晚入住時間 pm10:30 。
