The interior spaces ensure great holiday comfort that offers a neat living environment in a quality environment.

Located in the heart of Rennes, come and stay in this 13 m2 studio designed as a hotel room with all the comforts you need. Located back from the street, it is in the heart of the city center but quiet. NB: Check-ins start at 4pm and check-outs start at 11am. Please do not insist on making an exception, this timing allows us to always offer you a clean space and impeccable linens. Thank you for your understanding.

Bedroom is upstairs. Crib can be made available (not provided). Fully-equipped kitchen. Small courtyard. Your bikes will be safe there. The house is bright and fresh.

We run the equestrian center on site.

Welcome to Instant Récup'! Adjoining our house, come and enjoy a charming sub-plex, independent, fully equipped, accompanied by its small nature corner and its loggia. Our accommodation is close to 4 roads and bus stops (5 min walk) to Rennes, TER station 22 min walk. We will be at your disposal for any other request.

You will stay in a quiet, charming, cozy and comfortable house. You will enjoy a small terrace to take your meals in the sun, or the cozy atmosphere for your winter evenings. Located at the crossroads of two regions (and 3 departments), it is easy to go on a bike excursion or enjoy the forest and fields on foot.
