The stone house is surrounded by a flowered and wooded garden of 2000 m2. On the ground floor: a kitchen open to a pleasant living room and fireplace (wood-burning stove), a shower room with Italian shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs, by a spiral staircase (width 47 cm) a large mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and a single bed 90 x 200 cm.
