My name is Roberto. Work traveling...being away from home, I always seek a Good place to eat and especially sleep WELL. (which most often is not easy). Felipe is not only a person of the good but he gave all the support and attention to what we need me and my brother ... and when I arrived at the apto, it was better than the photos on the site. In addition to all Felipe's care in serving us, and the care for the house, super clean and complete. The kitchen is very good, large rooms with all the comforts/ TV and air. Super clean bathroom. Everything beyond what I expected... A pool and a TOP pool!!! And super quiet place! And to end the energy of the house is very Good. Honestly, I felt right at home Felipe won 2 more customers! I have already indicated to friends that they are representatives. Indico is definitely 100%! Valeu Felipe!!! Very Thank you!

Hosts were extremely attentive and proactive, ensuring everything was perfect during their stay. From communication to the small details of the environment, you can understand the affection and care they have for the place. I highly recommend to those looking for a pleasant and well-planned experience. I will definitely return!

The stay was great, the place has two separate leisure areas available, one with a pool and barbecue area, the other with barbecue, TV, board games, pool, etc. For having the two areas well completed, we enjoyed the weekend a lot. The rooms correspond with the photos and was very comfortable. Although Paulo lives on the property, we had a lot of privacy. Paulo and his wife are very friendly and gave market and party indications they were having in the city. Our group felt welcomed and at home, we definitely recommend booking with Paulo!

Super cozy and very well cleaned and sanitized (psdrão hotel). The complete kitchen (stove, wood stove, wood oven, 2 refrigerators, all utensils, and various supplies that allowed to be used without charge) The space is fabulous:lakes with cascade, abundant nature (exotic animals,flowers,fruits,plants,plantations (that of grapes is featured),has 2 very large and furnished areas of convenience (lots of quality crafts) and everything very beautiful. Hosts were very helpful and good people. I want to thank all Alice's family and her husband for their excellent stay. A lot of top, even.Nota 10.👍🏻🙏🏻❤️

I was very well received by Mrs. America, a very nice and attentive lady, she was very helpful. The location is good and the neighborhood is quiet. The room is as advertised, very clean and functional, the internet served me super well for the days I needed to work, air conditioning in perfect conditions of use and very cold, extremely clean and organized bathroom... I can only say that I really liked it and if you have any doubts about whether this room is worth it, you can go with your eyes closed and you won't regret it.
