Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend in May in this house which far exceeded our expectations. Everything is designed for comfort and pleasure: the pool and play areas made our children happy, and the quality outdoor facilities allowed us to enjoy real moments of relaxation. The house is nestled in a peaceful oasis, with a splendid view a few steps away, while being ideally located near the Breton seaside resorts. A perfect setting for a family looking to combine tranquility and discoveries. A huge thank you to Alexandra and Julien for their warm welcome, availability and kindness, which greatly contributed to the success of this stay. We highly recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay. Cottage located 5 minutes' walk from a beautiful beach, close to Erquy and Pleneuf Val André, Lamballe... We were able to visit a mussel farm (mussel farming) which we liked very much (contact the iodized basket for more info). Jean-Claude is a very considerate and responsive host.

We had a great 2 night stay. The accommodation is perfect: very clean, tastefully decorated, it immediately feels like home. The welcome is 5 stars, warm and attentive, with very good recommended addresses and really nice ideas for activities to do in Guémené. The nearby hikes are beautiful, a real breath of fresh air! The only problem is that it's on the 4th floor and there's no elevator. For us it wasn't a problem but maybe for others it can be. Otherwise the apartment is great, spacious and functional. They're easy to reach. Great stay, thank you Bernard

We had a pleasant stay at Nicolas's apartment. It is very well located, close to the beach and shops. A little set back from the road, the environment is quiet and peaceful. The interior is as described and perfectly clean. We recommend it!

Audes apartment was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and spacious and included all kitchen facilities to cook in the apartment. Parking was also available on site. I highly recommend staying at Audes home. Communication was good also and her family are lovely.

Everything was perfect, a clean accommodation where nothing is missing, with neat decor. We immediately feel at ease. Xavier de Groom was also perfect, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. To top it all off, the landscapes and beaches are beautiful. An excellent weekend, we will come back and will not hesitate to call on Groom.

We had a lovely stay with friends at this beautiful house, the space accommodating 4 couples with all the comfort and privacy desired. We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!
