LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! A boutique, spacious one bedroom, ground floor, fully self-contained, apartment.Ideally situated 350m walking distance to two of Malua Bay's pristine beaches. Open plan living at its absolute best! The Master bedroom is spacious, appointed with luxury linen and toiletries and includes a comfy reading chair with footstool...perfect for relaxing with a good book. French doors open out to a patio area and the ensuite bathroom is spacious with walk in rainforest shower.

Garden Bay Beach Getaway - "The Beach Shack"

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that is a stones throw from secluded and picturesque Garden Bay beach. A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink. I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Additional cleaning fee applies .

Comfortable 1 Bedroom unit, with own private access. Private bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet, laundry/kitchenette has a toaster, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities etc and washing machine. No stove. Bedroom has a queen size bed, quality bedding, A/C, ceiling fan and large wardrobe. Enjoy the suberb location of this older style bedsit hideaway with full bathroom, bath, seperate toilet and small kitchenette. Attatched to the main house it has a completely private entrance. Bedsit doesn' face the ocean. You'll find nearby cafes for meals or can cook simple meals in the benchtop oven/ hotplates unit. Take one minute walk down to Guerilla Bay beach or enjoy stunning views from your own outside table in the front garden. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.

My place is a cosy original beach house. The cottage is a very homely small house with good character. Two verandas on which to relax & unwind depending on the time of day. Located close to several beaches, the closest being 200m down the road. Café 366 at Mosquito Bay. Malua Bay shops are a 2 min drive, includes supermarket, bottle shop, take away, butcher/deli/coffee, newsagent. Reverse cycle AC & portable fans supplied. If you're after a space to relax, then this is the place for you.

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!
