I don’t usually write reviews, but this property and its host truly deserve one! From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything, with walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shops, and even the famous Souk El Had. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and meticulously clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of exploring. Oussama, the host, who was beyond helpful. Despite our flight being delayed, he patiently waited on-site to personally hand us the keys, which was a great first impression. The next day, when we requested linens for the kids' bed, he brought them immediately—a testament to his responsiveness and excellent service. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay in Agadir.

We would like to leave a very honest review on Saad's apartment.The location is super good because its in the centre of Agadir Bay the area filled with cafes and restaurants,close to the beach and all local amenities.The apartment itself is ground floor wich is amazing both for someone who stays with children or no,there's amazing garden in the apartment just outside the bedroom and also a swimming pool outside the door of the kitchen just imagine all that in one we were very amazed and delighted for that.Apartment was super clean-i would rate it 5* hotel tidiness and cleanliness,because we had many experiences in Morocco with other Air BNB's but this one is really top notch!The bathrooms are super clean and well arranged with towels and all what you could need.The bedrooms very cosy and beds are extremely comfortable,it really made you feel like at home. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay and added Saad's accommodation into our favourites list. Thank you again & see u s

For my first experience, I am very satisfied. Communication with Ali, the apartment, the welcome, everything was perfect. The apartment is located in a popular area where you can find almost everything. It is a lively, pleasant area off-center from the tourist center that you reach by taxi for not even 3 euros. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back. Just like Ali, Moroccans are caring, welcoming, adorable.

I had the pleasure of staying at this professional apartment for five days and highly recommend it! The location is very modern and appealing. The apartment itself was extremely clean and modern - there was really nothing missing. I especially liked that the swimming pool was cleaned and controlled every day - so you could really enjoy swimming. The security was extremely friendly and reliable, which gave you a peace of mind. And the host was always reachable and available for questions, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The five days in this apartment were absolutely fantastic and exceeded my expectations. All in all it was a perfect experience, and I would book this apartment again anytime. Definitely a recommendation from me! Clearly a recommendation from me!

The apartment is true to the pictures, a little old in some places like the bathroom, but totally fine for a few days. A lot of space to lounge or chill. The airbnb is in a guarded apartment complex so we felt very safe. It’s located in an authentic Arab neighborhood that gets busy at night with many shops and roadside sellers. Had everything we needed for a short stay and the host was always available for questions, thank you very much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hans and Soukaïna’s property. Their hospitality was excellent, with regular updates and check-in texts from Hans making sure we were okay, organising meal times and even providing wonderful recommendations for things to do around the city. Their administration, from our pick up at the airport to checking in and out, was seamless. The option to use a trusted driver for transport throughout our stay - Majid - was extremely convenient for us. The villa itself was wonderfully decorated, clean and fitted with the best amenities. My son really enjoyed using the pool, which was heated, cleaned and kept well. Fatima graciously cooked a lovely breakfast for us each day, which my entire family throughly enjoyed. The villa’s surroundings are stunning and its location within a gated community with dedicated security adds safety. Overall, we had an amazing time in Villa Palmeraie Golf. We’d definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Perfect location surrounded by well kept gardens within a complex of similar houses. The property was compact and perfect size for 2-4 people, very clean and lovely rooftop seating. Easy/short walk to the beach with endless stretch of sand to walk on. Lovely to sit with the veranda windows open in morning/evening listening to the birds. Unfortunately the complex pool is being renovated, so if you want to swim/laze by the pool you can ask to use the Ocean Dunes House/Hotel which charges 100 dhms/day (but it was worth it as I loved to swim each day, albeit cold). Not near to town or restaurants so it is best to have a car - I walked up to the paragliding hotel most days for a coffee (good to watch gliders take off and nice breeze/views). We would definitely stay again.

Me and my family (8 adult 2 kids) loved the place. Pool, billiard, table tennis and football table was a great way to spend some time with family, although they need some refresh. Big beautiful garden, that was looked after Hamou who also was for us when needed, including going to the main Souk in Agadir and showing us neighborhood and local curiosity museum. Zina cooked for us amazing breakfast and dinner. Either what we asked for and upon some suggestions, this was a cherry on top from this stay. Waking up to freshly baked bread and having hot traditional tagine before getting ready to rest at night. Great place to relax and unwind with friends or family. Laying next to the pool, listening to the birds, playing games and eating amazing food was what we love about this place. Highly recommended. Thank you guys for welcoming us 🙏🏼 Shukran ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay, Said. The lounge and the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. A few small changes would help. 1) A sign for Maison d'acceuil Wakrim as you approach from Tafraout. 2) Some adjustment of the lock on the front door.

The house is just as advertised, well equipped, and just a short walk from the ocean. The interaction was very smooth. Mo is a friendly host who is keen to share his knowledge of the area

We really enjoyed our stay. Noureddine drove us around Agadir and showed us a few places and areas where we can go. If we had any questions he responded quite quickly. His wife cooked for us traditional Moroccan food which was so delicious. We couldn’t use the swimming pool because it was cold which understandable we stayed in winter time. We spent few nights play pool downstairs. House is in a local area, little shops just across the road. If you need to go to big supermarket it’s only 10 mins away by walk. Marina and beach 10 minutes away by taxi.

The villa is beautiful. Clean, well-equipped and the decor is very tasteful. Breathtaking view! A real haven of peace with a nice human touch, which made all the difference to our experience! As we arrived on December 31, Pierre, the Belgian host, took care of organizing our meal on this special evening. The staff were very well-intentioned: Abdoulah, his right-hand man, and Amina, the cook and housekeeper. She accompanied us to do the shopping for preparing the meals. We had a great time. All these services are included (with a small bonus, very well deserved). We were able to visit some nearby towns and villages and we had a good rest. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! 🙏😍👌

The well furnished and equipped apartment is located in a quiet area with plenty of shops and restaurants close by, beach and souk are a short walk away. Chakib is an excellent host, he even arranged a dentist's appointment for me when I broke a tooth.

Fatimazahra is a nice host and the apartment is clean and comfortable with nice furniture. The KOLSHI Supermarket is very near and there is nice staff and good, well priced products. Also the beach is pretty near. I recommend staying at Fatimazahra's Apartment, if your visiting Agadir👍.

If you have your own car, it is a good place

Apartment was very spacious and comfortable for five of us. Apartment block was well maintained and felt very safe. Lots of cafes and shops nearby. Beach was a short walk away as was the souk. Host was really flexible with check in and check out times. Nice clean pool and quiet block.

Great place close to the ocean souk. Only thing missing is the ac but other than that good place to stay

Zineb is an exceptional host on Airbnb, and her property is outstanding. Located in a very clean and secure community, it provided a fantastic stay. Her husband was also very helpful, guiding us through every step of the check-in process. I would definitely book her property again on my next trip.
